Plead not guilty. $500K bond; bond reduced (8/28/18) to $250K. Posted bond (9/14/18) w/GPS monitoring with restrictions. St. Francois County-
Cheatham posted $250K bond on 9/14/18 & released with GPS monitoring & restrictions that she not have any contact with the children.
*Daryl Justen Head (38/now 43) (mom’s bf) arrested & charged (8/7/18) with 5 counts of endangering the welfare of a child & 3 counts of 2nd degree kidnapping. By agreement of the parties, cause taken up in Washington County, State appears by Prosecuting attorney John James & assistant Prosecuting attorney Caleb Aponte, defendants Cheatham & Head appeared in person by Counsel TJ Hunsaker. By agreement of the parties, jury trial set on 3/26-28/2024 is taken off. Cause passed to 4/15/24 at 9am for re-setting trial date with Judge Wendy Lynn Wexler Horn.
