*Trial Resetting Hearing for both (@ 8am CT) – MO – 4 children (3 girls & 1 boy, ages 5 to 12 locked in small windowless boxes discovered 8/7/18, Farmington) – *Laura Elizabeth Cheatham (38/now 42) (adopted “mom”) arrested & charged (8/7/18) with 5 counts of endangering the welfare of a child & 3 counts of 2nd degree kidnapping. Plead not guilty. $500K bond; bond reduced (8/28/18) to $250K.
Cheatham posted $250K bond on 9/14/18, & has been released with GPS monitoring & restrictions that she not have any contact with the children.
*Daryl Justen Head (38/now 42) (mom’s bf) arrested & charged (8/7/18) with 5 counts of endangering the welfare of a child & 3 counts of 2nd degree kidnapping. Plead not guilty. $500K bond; bond reduced (8/28/18) to $250K.
Head posted $250K bond on 9/10/18 with no GPS monitoring & no restrictions.
Trial was set to begin on 3/22/22 (thru 3/24/22) continued but no further dates.

Nothing new for either one. It just says about a trial on 10/21/2022 for both like before. I also read it maybe a 2 or 3 day trial so it may still be going on. Check back in a couple of days.

Actually it was a trial setting hearing for them. To set a trial date.

There is no trial yet. That is what the last hearing was for - set trial date. I shall get back - maybe at the end of next week.
