And this is all I can find on her. She was ruled out as Arroyo Grande Jane Doe (Tammy Terrell), so she may have some form of identifier on record. The poster on Reddit mentions a newspaper clipping with her information but I haven't had any luck finding it, unfortunately.

Update - I have found an article, though it appears to be paywalled. It seems like she disappeared on June 17th.

Campbell County Jane Doe was my first thought too. It seems like Marilyn doesn't have any close relatives left so her missing case kind of fell under the radar.
