"I believe they have some ties to the Branson, Galena, Stone County area," Arnott said. The sheriff would not say if tips are leading them in that direction.
Hufft says the couple was arguing with family members that live just up the road. One of those family members did leave the scene with detectives but the sheriff says it was only for questioning."
Cameras inside AND outside the home were damaged? I can see maybe having camras outside, but inside the home? whats that about?

"Hufft says Russell's uncle, who lives next door, has made some threats in the past."
According to Missouri Casenet, Mr Russell was served an order of protection on 4/7. Several other entries as well ranging from possession of controlled substance to domestic assault (last year, 7 year SIS, 5 years probation).
Doesn't bode well for Mrs. Russell.
I don't find this too unusual as I have cameras inside and outside my house. I initially got the one in my living room to focus on my electronics because my house has been broken into 3 times since I have lived there (18 years). As I suspected that it was related to kin of my next door neighbors, I added the outside cameras so I could keep an eye on anyone entering my yard.
So it may not mean anything...

Rebecca Porter's Family Posting Missing Couple Flyers Around Ozarks, Focusing on Branson
Family and friends are canvassing the Ozarks putting up missing posters for a couple missing for more than 48 hours. Rebecca Porter, 46, and Russell Porter, 34, disappeared under suspicious circumstances from their home on Highway HH in Willard.
"People also are baffled because his sister-in-law's Mustang left behind the house with the keys in the ignition is the couple's sole transportation, he said."
While his sister-in-law worked at Fantastic Caverns, "Rusty" Porter was disabled and spent a lot of time at the computer, Mike Porter said.
Relatives said Russell Porter, 34, and Rebecca Porter, 46, have been married for less than one year.

Sounds like a real life Winter's Bone.
With bleach being in the house and all, this sounds really serious.
I guess it is possible that they are being held in some type of ransom, but probably doubtful with the information that is available.

210 PIECES OF EVIDENCE. I guess the bleach didn't take away all signs of abduction/murder.
