Any new updates? I too am thinking this could be Jill Rosenthall.
Jill would have been 3 or 4 years old in 1968 I believe.

Just a thought. Could this be Bonnie Hutton's daughter Tammy? And the woman Bonnie herself?
Bonnie and Tammy were last seen in 1969 according to the linked post. This little girl and the adult female were found in 1968.
WV - WV - Bonnie Jeanne Hutton, 44, New Martinsville, Feb 13, 1983
This is kind of interesting. This article from when the body was found says it was found in Alton Lake. I wonder if that is the Alton Slough? It's a flood basin right next to the bridge. It's really accessible but more importantly, it would mean that someone put the suitcase in the Slough and not somewhere else along the River since the Slough only connects with the River during flood stages.

Did you ever hear anything back?We will reach out.
No exclusions@Caring1 Hey could you post the current NamUs exclusion list for this Jane doe?
It says she had a fish mouthed cervix. I did a little research and I believe that is indicative of having had at least one child? It seems they don't have DNA on her to compare to the little girl. There was also a adult Unidentified female found around that time period.I don't know if they are related or not.
