More than one active serial killer in Florida?

I wonder if that POI thing shows up somewhere in the system if you get arrested in another county? I find the Polk arrest time frame interesting because another woman was found dead with the same occupation, Tammy Fickey, out of Tampa. She was found on a side street off E. Fletcher but she had been there at least a month from what I read on the Sheriff's site. Found 3/12/2005 but they have her as deceased 2/12/2005. Polk is one county over from Hillsborough.

Tampa woman's body found behind apartments

TAMPA - A Tampa woman was found dead behind an apartment building near Temple Terrace on Saturday, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

Tammy Michelle Fickey, 31, of 1921 N 57th St., was discovered at 13613 N 21st St. by a resident at Oak Forest Apartments, said sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter.

Fickey's body was found about 7:30 p.m. Carter would only say that she suffered trauma to her upper torso. Carter said Fickey was released from state prison on Jan. 19.

According to jail records, Fickey had been arrested in Hillsborough at least three times since 2001 on charges that included prostitution, possession of cocaine, aggravated assault on a victim over 65 and robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon.

Looks like he stopped getting arrested some years ago, or he is in prison somewhere that doesn't show up on the sites. Some states don't put it out there.

This address on Madeira beach is a Fish place, Fish Busterz. but in 2006 it may have been something else, but it was most likely a commercial address. Maybe a place to get your mail. I see boats out back, but they are most likely for fishing, not house boats. I don't think he had a solid place when he got this arrest. He was in Daytona Sept 19th 2004 with Kristin Dunn we know that and left town. So where would he be a year later or more, that is the question. We know he has an arrest in St Pete in 2005. Looks like he just moved to the West coast after Kristin was killed.

Did they or do they take DNA samples when you get arrested? I know if you comment a felony they do, but if they have his DNA they can rule him out for 2 of the murders in Daytona.

I know it is not good to quote yourself, but I think I found him in MN. There is a court docket for MN and he is scheduled for a pre trial hearing, for June 25th, but I don't know for what. It is Polk County/ Mahnomen MN court docs. I also found a marriage record for him up there for 2010. This could be why we don't see anything here in lower states.

I just wanted to thank Bessie and TexasLil and all other Websleuthers for their work and attention to these cases. Most of these victims are ones that are underserved and undervalued in society because of their problems, addictions and lifestyles. Some of them
probably felt very hopeless and unable to let go of what was leading them down such a tragic path. :thinking:

I also think that if he is one person doing all the killings, he will spike in or around September to December of 2015.

Just asking your opinion if this case (Shaquierra Pinckney) could be another victim? Local news doesn't mention anything about it as a possibility, but I thought maybe there might be some opinions here since you guys have been doing such a great job of sleuthing.

I also posted in the "Topix article vetting" forum (the one rebutting an article circulating about the Daytona victims saying that the victims had been burned, stating that info was nowhere in any LE report) because the news says this poor body had been partially burned (4 months pregnant, ugh):
