I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing. Probably bad in this case since it is highly likely they understood none of Rawlette's testimony.

If they don't understand unanimous how are they to understand the evidence. This is a first in the many trials i have followed.

He got the paper from the foreman and then asked, and all of you were agreed? One guy blurted out, "no, we didn't all agree!" (Like they had no clue they had to??)
