Watching on the Law and Crime network, prosecution is not commenting on if they will re-try him, but have stated that they will send him to Louisiana and let him stand.

JMO, but how many people are ‘falsely’ accused of murder TWICE in their lives? In 2 different states?

I don't believe the state will ever get past her "eric" utterances. They tried, but this case cannot be won despite all the other compelling evidence that points to him.
