The FBI and BIA are asking for the public’s help in finding a 25-year-old man last seen Oct. 4 in the South Side of Billings in Utah. Robert Garrett Stewart Jr. was reported missing by his family Oct. 10, according to a press release from Patsy Speelman, public affairs specialist with the Salt Lake City division of the FBI.

Height - 6 feet tall
Weight - 130 lbs.
Stewart is a Native American with black hair and brown eyes.

MISSING PERSON (New Info)
The Billings Police Department is continuing to try and locate any information on Robert Garrett Stewart Jr. who went missing on October 4, 2013. Additional information obtained indicate Robert “Garrett” could have been disoriented in the early morning hours of October 4. The weather conditions were rainy and snowy. Additional clothing description include a Western Sugar Beet Baseball Cap, Brown in front and white mesh on back, Gray Zip up sweater/sweatshirt that is greasy on front pocket area, faded blue wrangler jeans. We are specifically asking the public to check their property in the areas east of 5th Ave South and South 38th in Billings, MT and look for any of the above listed items.

Physical Description:
25 year-old Native American male
6-feet tall
130 to 150 pounds
black hair and brown eyes
hair has been shaved short
has a slight mustache and goatee.

Billings police are still seeking information about Robert Garrett Stewart Jr., who was last seen on Oct. 4 on the South Side.

Billings Police Lt. Kevin Iffland said Monday that no new information has surfaced in the case.

His hair was shaved at the time of his disappearance and he has a slight mustache and goatee. He is supposed to wear glasses, but he didn't have them with him at the time of his disappearance.

Details of Disappearance
Stewart was last seen in the vicinity of Jackson Street and State Avenue in Billings, Montana in the early morning hours of October 4, 2013. FBI asks for help in locating missing Crow man

More than two years after he went missing, there’s still no sign of 28-year-old Robert Garrett Stewart Jr.

The FBI is now reaching out to the public for any information on the man’s disappearance.

“He is not a runaway,” said Lowe. “He is missing under nefarious circumstances.”
