This is SO odd, even mysterious IMO!!!
Se the 2 videos of he NOVEMBER 14, blast in this link:
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/201...ian-sky-and-no-one-knows-exactly-what-it-was/
Something Mysterious Lit Up the Russian Sky and No One Knows Exactly What It Was
My notes:
Most people believe it was a meteorite or that something big on the ground exploded however IMHO:
No IMO it was NOT a meteorite.
WHY?... because:
NO sound was noticed and if it was a meteorite or something big on the ground exploded a HUGE blast would be heard IMO.
And I have checked, NO earthquakes/ seismic wave in the area were recorded that day, and if it was a meteorite like the Chelyabisnk flash, then some kind of seismic wave would have bin recorded, like with the Chelyabisnk meteorite which produced a seismic wave which registered on seismographs at magnitude 2.7.
FACTS:
It happened in the Sverdlovsk region (Russia) November 14, 2014, 5:39pm local time
It lasted aprox. 11 seconds
No sound of explosion has been reported
No media whatsoever mentioned the blast (Nov 18 the person who recorded it put it on youtube and then media got hold of it)
Regional emergency services said no accidents in connection with the event had been recorded.
Officials from the regional emergencies ministry refused to comment and a local observatory said nothing fell from the sky on the day of the flash.
Astronoma, Vadim Krushinsky, doubted his colleague's theory (that it was a meteorite), saying the color of the flash does not support the asteroid speculation.
Both scientists and emergency services still struggle to explain the unusual event.
