Why has there been nothing in the American press about Keith Maginn? Is this because he will testify at trial so there may be a legal reason to not mention his book and his interview with the Irish press?

Or is this just the American press keeping information from the potential jury pool?

Think the latter.. Its very strange.
There was also the great mystery about gaps in her life and missing/deleted /removed internet history. God, we sure turned over so many stones.. hours and hours and hours searching the most oblique quarters.. hoping against hope . TM especially well trained in art of chucking stuff, was part of his job so whatever they did not want finding, was never found.. not yet.

The trial of Molly Corbett 33, and her father Thomas Martens 67, in the death of Jason Corbett, starts tomorrow, Monday, July 17th in Lexington North Carolina.

I will be closing this thread for the night and opening a new thread in the "Trials" forum.

The moderators have spent a ton of time un-approving posts in this thread. Bickering, terms of service violations, and so on.

None of this will be tolerated in the trial thread. I have instructed the mods to stop with the warnings and give TO's or ban members if they are habitual TOS violators.

Sorry to be such a hard buttocks but there is no need for a discussion to be so darn contentious right?
