Friday, Dec. 15th:
*Hearing (@ am session ET) - NC - Paitin Renee Fields (5) (Found the morning of Nov. 13, 2017, unresponsive in her own bedroom by her 19 yr. old uncle; she had been strangled & raped & died at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center on Nov. 16, 2017; she lived with her maternal grandmother) - *David Wesley Prevatte (19 @ time of crime/23/now 25) uncle arrested (2/16/22) & charged (2/16/22) with 1st degree murder, 1st degree statutory rape & 1st degree statutory sex offense with child by adult in the case. Prevatte was taken into custody by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana & is awaiting extradition. Was extradited 2/15/22 to NC. Held without bond. State will seek the DP.

Well that sounds about right for the NC court sites.... other people have had that problem. I try & not follow any NC cases because I personally can not access the court site & then the people helping - come up with you just did.
Maybe it will reappear in a couple of days!

I just checked and we are back to "no results found" on the NC courts site. So frustrating!

(It is a federal holiday today, hopefully that's the issue?)
