Ah ha! Nevermind. I misunderstood. It was the specific red SUV in the video that was cleared. But are they still looking for a red van related to this case?
BBM
Yes they are still looking for the van associated with the AA.

I am wondering if it is possible for law enforcement to analyze cell phone data in order to see anyone who all was in the immediate area at the time - or is it only possible once they have potential suspect to use the cell data as evidence against them?
Yes, LE can undertake to do a cell phone dump of surrounding towers adjacent to the park where Dulce went missing but it takes time to accomplish. Given the federal presence in this sad case and FBI resources its a good bet this process is well underway IMO.

ICE just came into NJ this week to make a big show of aggressive arrests. They locked up the father of Noema’s unborn child for his immigration status.

I am sorry but I simply must disagree with the 2 statements above as I cannot find any MSM support for either unfortunately. Further, LE and FBI have made anonymous tip lines available in both english and spanish and ICE has made clear that immigration status will not be part of any discussion with LE. Clearly LE made a number of miscalculations in its early interactions with the bilingual public on the tragic abduction of Dulce, but subsequent communications have been clear about the issue of immigration status IMO. If people want to let fear be an excuse for not assisting in the process of finding a 5 yo child then by all means be honest about it but please do not stand behind immigration status fear of deportation as an excuse as LE has stated that is simply not the case. To fuel the flames of fear of deportation and LE mistrust I believe is absolutely counterproductive to any investigation into the disappearance of Dulce. The community of Bridgeton has a choice to make as to whether to assist the investigation into the abduction of an innocent 5 yo girl or not. So far given the fact that Dulce has not been recovered, it sadly looks like fear is winning the day.

ICE from the various articles posted on this thread has been active in NJ assisting with the investigation into the abduction of Dulce. ICE is also actively dealing with an ongoing situation in NJ whereby dangerous criminals that should be turned over to ICE for processing are instead being returned to the general population in NJ. According to the 2 articles posted earlier in this thread this evening one of these released criminals was returned to Cumberland County and has a history of sexual assault of minors. This is just one example of a potential local predator but how many more might be out there? IDK and I wonder if LE knows either?

So far as anything seen in MSM, we do not know why the father of Noema's unborn child was arrested by ICE and subsequently released. We know nothing about the past or present for that matter of the father of Noema's unborn child. The ICE statement that was last released on his situation was that he was arrested as part of an ongoing ICE investigation. I do not believe that either ICE or any LE agency stated a reason as to why the father of Noema's unborn child was arrested. If you have a MSM or ICE statement that supports the statement that he was 'locked up for his immigration status', then by all means please share it as I haven't seen it but perhaps missed it.

Your no doubt heartfelt sentiments about people not wanting to 'give up everything' in order to assist in an investigation holds some truth IMO but only until its their child or loved one is the next one that goes missing in Bridgton/Cumberland County. IMO the situation of Dulce can only be solved with assistance from the community and unless people have courage and stand up and use the anonymous tip lines then their communities will continue to be plagued by individuals such as the one that possibly preyed upon 5 yo Dulce.

I wonder if the areas Catholic Priests would be willing to receive tips from the community and then pass them on to LE. Would the community feel more comfortable passing on information to a Priest?
IMO your suggestion is one of the most productive ideas I have read on this entire thread! I would strongly suggest calling your suggestion in to one of the tip lines as it might engage the community in a way that LE presently appears unable to accomplish.

By some estimates, there are nearly 500,000 unauthorized immigrants currently living in New Jersey. That is more than 5 percent of the population.

The Migration Policy Institute, a nonpartisan think tank in Washington, D.C., has compiled Census data, population surveys and economic data to create a profile of the state' unauthorized immigrants.

Though New Jersey is a top destination for unaccompanied minors caught crossing the U.S. border without their parents, children under age 16 make up the smallest segment of New Jersey's unauthorized immigrant population -- only about 6 percent.

Though they are living in the country illegally and without work permits, the majority of New Jersey's unauthorized immigrants are working.

The Migration Policy Institute compiled statistics about New Jersey's unauthorized immigrant population by analyzing data from the U.S. Census Bureau's 2014 American Community Survey and the Survey of Income and Program Participation.
He's 30, from Mexico and has a job: Meet N.J.'s most typical unauthorized immigrant

Bridgeton community joins in search for missing New Jersey girl

Listen to this DA. Time- 10:08 on. I’m not convinced they are convinced about the van, but rather used this as an opportunity to get her name and image to the masses. A van, a truck...? This was just something they did to “cover their bases” to paraphrase her in so many words. I do think it’s a distraction to make the abductor comfortable. I did see and read about vans being stopped and searched but I’m thinking they are withholding information. (Rightfully). I’ll say it again, with that great footage of the suv in that parking lot they have likely seen every every vehicle that entered/exited.

Amber Alert Issued for 5-Year-Old Girl Taken From NJ Park

Holy cow, only 10 minutes after getting to the playground she disappeared?

The mother is 19 and pregnant with her third child? Wow, that makes me tired just thinking about being that young with 3 little ones!

Are there no benches or places to sit near the playground?

In the second press conference IMO LE/Prosecutor seemed to be backing off the entire van discussion. Some of the Press tried to press them as to why but they would not answer. The person driving the vehicle hasn't been named as a suspect, we have no sketch of the individual and no specific information about the vehicle has been released by LE to even ask for the publics help in locating the vehicle. IMO if LE wanted that vehicle found they would have put up a picture and slapped a sketch of the person on every news channel and run it around the clock. We have seen none of this and so I do wonder if it was an early thread of LE inquiry that has simply reached a dead end? Given the CCTV in the area it is certain that LE saw the vehicles in the area of the park and perhaps they simply did not see any vans matching the description? IDK, but my point is if the van were impt then LE would have been more specific about it and also continued to ask the press to run with descriptions of the van. We haven't seen this happen IMO.

Good insight with reasoning. Thanks.

Absolutely agree with you on the van. Van appears to be a nothing burger and LE didn't appear convinced in this press conference as you clearly point out. There must be a reason for no communication from LE too, so I wonder if they are closing in on a possible suspect?

This is where she got out of the car with her brother, ran to the playground, and Dulce was loured away, ice cream in hand.

Thinking how Dulce might have been lured, how she may have run to her abductor, and I thought of how some children love certain children’s characters. The only character that came to mind with black shirt, red pants and orange shoes was Mickey Mouse (and he wears yellow shoes.) Her family might know of a character she loves that much.

Orange shoes, red pants, black shirt does sound somewhat like a clown.

I agree, intriguing to say the least that there are not daily announcements. It’s not what one would normally expect. Closer or ghosted? I can’t figure it out. What is so disheartening is that almost all news outlets write she had an elephant on her shirt when the missing announcement and image shows a koala. Additionally, when I search for time lapsed from mom seeing her, we get 4,10,20 minutes. Sloppy journalism or subliminal messages. Hoping they are zeroing in on this person. I’d like to know how acne was verified and not open sores from drug use. It’s so specific.

Children sometimes find clowns scary.

Tot brother of 5-year-old Dulce Alavez sees man ‘waving’ at sister just before she disappears

He’s three. Little brother. But he told mom someone knocked his ice cream out of his hand. That person was right next to him. It’s also been reported that he saw someone wave his sister over ? I’m not questioning a three year old. Just wondering if it was the same individual (im assuming) and deducting that they must have approached the children at the play structure and then re established communication with Dulce. Maybe the promise of buying him a new treat?

True. In this case, a man who is described almost like a clown with his orange shoes and red pants (it has been explained the men near the park dress this way) was seen luring Dulce towards the buildings with the red and white stripes.

Where did she go, where was he parked?

If the suspect is not on CCTV with his red van, sliding doors and tinted windows, what route from the park affords the least surveillance? Where did he go next?
