NJ NJ - Galloway Twp, WhtFem 12-18, UP5221, watch w/ wide leather band, Dec'71

Welcome, this is one of the first threads I commented on after lurking for a long time.

Were this girl's remains ever buried? I'd have thought carrying out an isotope analysis of her teeth would narrow down her origins at least to some extent.

Atlantic County Jane Doe has been unidentified for 46 years now, the anniversary of her discovery passed recently.

Debra's DNA is in the database. Although nothing is guaranteed on DNA hit or not, she is unlikely based on the fact DNA was submitted and no hit was indicated.

Sylvia was submitted for a match last year. Her DNA is not entered yet. The lead investigator of the UID is aware of the possibility this can be Sylvia Torgow.

Found a different composite of the UID on crimewatchers.

Very similar in appearance to:

Debra Pscholka - https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/4554/31

and

Sylvia Torgow - https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/34291/24

Thoughts?

I found that her facial features match with Gloria Frieda Rieken who vanished on November 16th 1970. The only thing that doesn’t seem to match is the hair color because Gloria’s hair was blonde and the Jane does hair color is light brown or possible auburn but that is still a bit close.

Turn it into NamUs to be sure they've been compared. These days you can't just use Doe network and/ or Charley Project, you have to see if they have a NamUs page since that's the database that holds the DNA, dentals and prints

I checked the rule outs for this Jane doe and Gloria was not on it meaning she was never compared. Gloria’s DNA is available but her dentals and Fingerprints are not.
