I am looking more and more at the recon of the John Doe and the way his nose and lips are shaped really looks like Frank. Even the part in his hair is the same way.

Frank went missing in April 1976 1and the John Doe was found June 1976..

Dunno. I'm mostly a bookkeeper here, keeping track of exclusions lists and cross references and stuff, so I wouldn't have done it myself.

I'll be really surprised if it's not him.

This is kind of a dumb question but I contacted the namus district program coordinator through their email. Should I call the medical examiner or police dept numbers on there? I’d much prefer email but none are listed. Never done this before.

The times I have actually submitted.. I have called the detectives number. Some get back to you and some dont. I got discouraged when nobody got back to me so that is why I just post my submissions on here. Your on a roll and this looks good I would call.. you got nothing to lose!
