At first I thought it was her , her partner's and their child's birthday, but that would make her 47-48 years old, which is quite a bit older then the estimated age of the UID. Maybe her parents and a sibling or her child?

I read somewhere on a facebooksite I believe missing and unidentified persons that somebody found the mp and submitted her to LE. That would be wonderful but also sad.

Oh so does that mean they identified her? Wow that is really fast. Social media works is such a positive in cases like this!! I was looking at the weight she seemed really super thin. I wonder who she was.

She seems to be identified as Anastasia Driz (legal name Stacy Fishbein) of Toronto, Canada.

Yes, I found her friend online after searching for quite some time, who had posted asking if anyone had seen her. I went to her instagram and found clear photos of her tattoos and then called the New York investigators on the 30th. I reached out to her friend and he called the detective who took her missing report & we forwarded their information to New York. Spent the day back & forth on the phone with them & her friend. Got an email the next day from investigator Leggett saying well done & that it was in fact her.

I looked for a post here to update but there wasn't anything as of the 30th.

Sounds like she was very, very much loved, it was a very sad day.

Wasn't she just stunning? Before the police told the family, her FB page had almost 50 people posting her missing poster, begging her to contact them. & every one of them said something sweet about her. Sounds like she was a compassionate, empathetic, positive & loving soul. Just such a loss. I really want to know what happened to her.

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office on Thursday disclosed the identity of the body found in Lake Ontario near Olcott on July 28.

The body of Stacy Fishbein, 21, of Vaughan, Ontario, was discovered by a boater about 10:15 a.m. this past Saturday, and recovered by personnel from Olcott Volunteer Fire Company and the sheriff's marine division.

The sheriff's office did not disclose any details about the possible circumstances surrounding Fishbein's death. The discovery remains under investigation and York Regional Police in Canada is the lead agency.
