NY- Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued for rape, sex trafficking by singer Cassie

Sean “Diddy” Combs turned hip-hop into a global corporate juggernaut. Now his empire is imperiled after multiple sexual assault accusations and lawsuits. A Times investigation goes inside the calamitous fall of the hip-hop mogul.

The federal raid occurred in the lavish Holmby Hills neighborhood. Investigators said the music mogul's Miami home was also raided Monday.

SkyFOX flew over Combs’ home Monday afternoon and showed federal agents conducting their investigation at his home.

FOX 11’s ground crew at the scene said the home was registered to Bad Boys Films, which is a division of Bad Boy Entertainment, along with one of Combs’ daughters.

SkyFOX also captured images of a few people coming out of the home who were subsequently detained.

Helicopters and agents were seen swarming Combs’ Los Angeles mansion on Monday afternoon. Footage of the scene appeared to show some men — later identified as Combs’ sons Justin and King — detained and waiting outside the Holmby Hills house. Officials were also present at Combs’ Miami residence. Combs was in Florida at the time of the raid, according to NBC News, and officials reportedly seized his phones before the Bad Boy Records executive was scheduled to leave for a trip to the Caribbean.

A source tells Rolling Stone four Jane Does and one John Doe already sat for interviews with Southern District of New York investigators for a probe related to alleged sex trafficking, domestic violence and racketeering. More interviews are scheduled, the source said.

“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,” a Homeland Security Investigations spokesperson said in a statement. Rolling Stone has contacted Combs for comment.

It looks like the Feds planned these raids to coincide with the anniversary of Notorious BIG’s last album “Life after Death”, which was released on March 25, 1997. Notorious BIG aka Biggie aka Christopher Wallace was shot & killed on March 9, 1997. Allegedly Mr Combs private plane landed in Antigua. But he was seen in Miami.
Wonder if he has any plans to join an old friend in Bali?

According to the lawsuit, Combs attempted to "pass off" Jones to Gooding, introducing him to the Oscar-winning actor and leaving the two alone in a studio on Combs' yacht.

"Cuba Gooding Jr. began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones' legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders," Jones' lawsuit alleges.

Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones said in court documents filed last month, and obtained by Page Six, that guests were drawn to Diddy’s alleged sex-trafficking parties due to the rapper’s “access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artist [sic], musicians and international dignitaries like British royal Prince Harry.”

However, Harry is not a defendant nor has he been accused of criminality.

A 25-YEAR-OLD MAN accused in a recent lawsuit of being Sean Combs’ drug “mule” was arrested on Monday on cocaine and marijuana possession charges, according to arrest records obtained by Rolling Stone.
Brendan Paul was taken into custody by Miami-Dade police on Monday afternoon at Opa-Locka Airport around 4:30 p.m. Police were working alongside Homeland Security agents when the arrest was made, according to the arrest affidavit.

Around the same time, dozens of Homeland Security agents and local law enforcement officers descended upon Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation. Led by Homeland Security, the coordinated raids were the first indication of a criminal investigation against Combs after numerous civil lawsuits were filed against the Bad Boy Records executive.

(It is not clear whether HSI’s search is related to any of the allegations raised in the civil lawsuits. A family member of Paul’s confirmed he was arrested. A rep for Combs did not immediately reply to a request for comment.)

tlcya, thank you so much for posting the above links. I learned a lot that I didn't know!

DALLAS — On the day his homes were raided by federal investigators, rapper and producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was hit with another lawsuit.

This latest suit was filed by producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones who said he worked and lived with Combs for 13 months traveling to Florida, California, New York, the United States Virgin Islands and Saint Barthelemy in the French Caribbean.

The lawsuit filed on Monday, detailed allegations of sexual assault, sex trafficking and the purchase, transport and distribution of drugs and guns. Jones said Combs always wanted to be filmed and claims to have “hundreds of hours of footage and audio recording of combs, his staff and guests.”

The lawsuit also briefly mentioned The Potter’s House church Bishop T.D. Jakes. Jones said Combs planned to use the megachurch leader to soften his public image following the lawsuit from by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

Sean combs, puff daddy, diddy, pdiddy combs, who is this guy and what does he do for money to maintain these homes? I ask myself.

well, I assumed he owned a record label and made money that way but it sounds like he was trafficking young girls for money to support his label. Why did it take this long for the FBI to finally raid his house? 30-plus years, seriously?
