Body found Springfield Ohio, unidentified.
About 25 miles from Riverside area.

“A death investigation is underway for what are believed to be decomposed remains behind the Town House Motor Lodge, 2850 E. Main St., Springfield”

These remains have been identified as Joshua Blanton.

Remains found earlier this month behind the Town House Motor Lodge have been identified as those of a 41-year-old Mechanicsburg man.
The Clark County coroner identified the remains as belonging to Joshua Blanton.

RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) – Riverside Police say they are still actively investigating the disappearance of Cheryl Coker, executing search warrants as recent as this week regarding the case.

Wednesday, the department released a statement on the status of the investigation, saying they are “committed to locating Mrs. Coker and bringing the suspect responsible for her disappearance to justice.”

Yes I read her post, too, but had read nothing further prior to that. I guess a co-worker came forward at some point with the alleged comments. Strange if true...why would he know information like that, let alone share it with someone at work? Wonder if the fitbit was an item left in the car?
