OH - Man arguing with ex-'s boyfriend accidentally shoots own wife, Chardon, 2013

August 25- Tony Molchak was dropping off his daughter at his ex-wife's home in Chardon Township, Ohio. Molchak allegedly got into an argument with his ex-wife's boyfriend, Gary Schussler, while Molchak's current wife, Shelley Molchak, recorded the scuffle on her cell phone camera.

The gunshot reportedly hit Shelley Molchak in the back.

Today you pretty much need proof when you go to court of domestic violence. So she may have been recording to show that he had been drinking and was disruptive.

The boyfriend should have stayed out of it. jmo
