Here is a link to where it was discussed in the threads previously.
Post #184 but poster said couldn’t say where the info came from.
OH - Pike County: 8 people from one family dead as police hunt for killer(s) #32
Building off of that is Post #948 where Betty tried to put it in a timeline
UNSOLVED - Oh - Pike County: 8 People From One Family Dead As Police Hunt For Killer(s) #33
From searching the VIN and then each transfer on the OH Plates website I am curious how the proposed scenarios referenced in the threads previously are possible, or legally possible I guess. for example:
Franklin was in prison 2012 - 2/29/16. Can you register a vehicle in your name while incarcerated? And if the car was registered to April as stated in the post wouldn’t the warrant have said April’s vehicle instead of James’?
Some days when I think about this case, I wonder how much information circulated isn’t truly accurate, or has been mis interpreted by myself or others. I wonder how much inaccurate information got passed on and on and the legs it grew stuck. I guess we all have to wait until the hearings to know for sure. I do wonder about the truck ownership being an example of this possibility. If it was the W4 and only the W4 involved, then I feel that truck somehow made it’s way to James via one of the W4. Just my own personal opinion.
