Regarding the makes of the homes. I was active very early in this case here on WS. I remember we had a lot of information. It might be in the first 10 threads or so?

I am going over them now :) I have a friend who works selling mobile homes who is going to help me.

To the Brooks guy?
I never could find anything to verify the person you are referencing. At the time of the photo, the Montgomery County registration appears to be for a company in the transmission/diesel business that services the Cincinnati area (based on an ad).

This stemmed a side thought for me. I wonder where Jake was working when he was driving to Cincinnati each day as referenced in the Enquirer article when he started a go fund account. Did anyone ever find that out? I won’t argue the appearance of the make/model of a truck from that distance because its too hard to say. However could he have worked for this company and that been a company vehicle he ended up purchasing? My on going gut is it somehow went from Wagners to JM or in someway may have been used to try to set him up to take a fall if the statement below is accurate:

“Judge Timothy S. Hogan of Pike County Common Pleas Court signed the warrant April 21, allowing agents to legally install the device on Manley's 1997 Chevrolet K2500 truck, indicating it was "used as a means of the commission of the crime'' of aggravated murder, according to a warrant that Leonard Manley provided Monday. The warrant also noted that the truck may have been in the possession of another person with the intent to use it as a means of committing the crime.

‘I completely missed that one. Lol Guess the other threw me for a loop and I was totally absorbed. I need to check that out. Thanks.

Also, on AW's Discovery (same one) there is a JR. Haven't seen him in jail, but Scioto County has had several with last name within the past 6 months. There's one in there now. JMO

There is a MB on AW's Discovery, too. Don't know if that's the same one that was mentioned with the truck back when the previous registrations (before JM had it) were discussed.

Then, there is this "Burks" who is now dead, and several connections with others in trouble recently. Was the red truck guy Brooks or Burks...I can't remember.

Post #184 but poster said couldn’t say where the info came from.
OH - Pike County: 8 people from one family dead as police hunt for killer(s) #32

Building off of that is Post #948 where Betty tried to put it in a timeline
UNSOLVED - Oh - Pike County: 8 People From One Family Dead As Police Hunt For Killer(s) #33

From searching the VIN and then each transfer on the OH Plates website I am curious how the proposed scenarios referenced in the threads previously are possible, or legally possible I guess. for example:
Franklin was in prison 2012 - 2/29/16. Can you register a vehicle in your name while incarcerated? And if the car was registered to April as stated in the post wouldn’t the warrant have said April’s vehicle instead of James’?

Some days when I think about this case, I wonder how much information circulated isn’t truly accurate, or has been mis interpreted by myself or others. I wonder how much inaccurate information got passed on and on and the legs it grew stuck. I guess we all have to wait until the hearings to know for sure. I do wonder about the truck ownership being an example of this possibility. If it was the W4 and only the W4 involved, then I feel that truck somehow made it’s way to James via one of the W4. Just my own personal opinion.

Via OHPLATES:

2/24/16 - Transferred into Adams
10/1/15 - Transferred into Adams
9/9/15 - Preble County (from here forward it is back to original title classification)
8/28/15- Transferred as a duplicate title in Montgomery still as owned by “Company”.
9/16/13 - Transferred to the “Company” in Montgomery

Unfortunately, the best thread link to this information (ownership and mileage) has expired and now leads you to a blank page. I am kicking myself that I did not take a screen shot while it was up. I do remember seeing it at one time, but it was quite a while ago. The poster indicated they had paid for the report - probably the reason it expired. I don't remember the website it was from or the name of the poster...

I'll just say, boy that truck had quite a life. I remember it had quite a few owners along the way, also lots of mileage. I also remember there were some discrepancies between the documented mileage readings.

From memory, I think AM was it's last official owner.

Sorry, I can't be of more help.

I do have listed from the public records at the time that the two trailers belonging to CR1 and FR were;

4077 UHR there was a 2002 Fortune MH 14x60. June 2016 appraised value $3,360

At 4091 UHR I have, at that time, a 1963F Mobile Home (no further info).

I hope this is of some help.

What is April’s maiden name? If that is ok to say.

An automotive transmission and repair company R S B CO Inc. However my initial thought of wondering if that is where Jake was driving to for work is out because it went to Manchester between there and Peebles AND Manchester could support one of the names from the prior discussions posted above.
Hmmm
It will be interesting to hear at some point who it went to 2/24/16.

Interesting video.

It is fine to post because it's all in MSM. CRob told MSM she was at Frankie's until 10:30pm.

Kendra told MSM she talked to HR that day and was on the way to spend the night following her car.

Dana's co-workers told MSM she got to work an hour late and worked a double shift and left at 11:30 pm.

Tony Rhoden told MSM he talked to Chris about getting a part for Dana's faucet and seeing each other the next day at BBL.

I can find all the links if you want.

Not rumor but consider it opinion without links.

I also read that DR went to some type of get together after work. Just an opinion...

Do you still have that floor plan we worked on at one time?

Tiff, I thought it was shown earlier that it went to JB 2/24/16? I am confused.

Also, you probably have already seen, but what's up with CRI20160191 filed in Adam's County 12/15/2016? Major "Rec stolen property and Forgery charges," but only got a slap on the hand? Did he steal the truck then sell it to JM? All JMO
