G4 is in Montgomery County jail now, not Ross County. Was moved on 12-22-21 it appears. Maybe that was what his private matter was about with the court that one time or maybe it is some other reason.

Yes, seems he does not think he did anything wrong and there could be information in one of the contra memos the defense filed that might give a hint as to why they are claming no intent and might choose that as their strategy. Probably not one that is going to work. Just my thinking of course.

Maybe he was so full of rage he kicked off, caused some trouble and was forcefully removed. Is Montgomery County a stricter holding place I wonder. All JMO.
I think Montgomery County has a Bible study group George 4 wants to attend. jk

He had a Hearing in the morning then was booked into the new jail in the afternoon so it was a planned operation likely through the Ohio State Patrol.
Often when inmates are moved it is for security reasons.
Note the large security presence when moving him in this October 2021 photo. There are 6 officers we can see with one holding his arm above what looks like his restraint transportation belt and there are probably more officers we can't see coming from the back Courthouse door and walkway. Note bulletproof vests.
Wagner IV's attorneys request murder charges dropped

From what I hear the Montogomery county jail is worse than the Ross County one so he might not like the bible group there. ha
There was also a recent article about Montgomery county jail.

There were 2 motions and 3 journal entries sealed on 12-22-21 the day he went to court. Not sure if they have anything to do with him being moved or with the proffer and excerpts the defense submitted to the judge that day and they were sealed.

Speculation.
Thinking of Angela Wagner supposedly revealing “other crimes” of Billy - possibly George4 is involved in those also and other crimes are based in MTG CO.
Just a guess.
( I think this promise by AW to give all info on “other crimes” went a long way in AW being given the deal she got. Who else could give this same valuable inside information?)
Is it possible that GEORGE 4 may be needed in Montgomery County for prosecution in other criminal activities - in Montgomery County area?
If so, George 4 may need to be closer to that Court House - And, there is a Federal Building here as well.
Unless, George 4 is providing some other valuable information of his own knowledge in his negotiations for himself. He could have some real info the FEDS would like to hear.
Speculation only.
I see George4 becoming extremely vindictive (as is AW) once pushed beyond a certain point.

He's farther away from the rest of his incarcerated kin. Farther from the victims' families. Maybe a more secure facility?
Maybe he got in a scuffle with the guards. Maybe he was caught violating the rules, talking to people, leaking information, etc. He and Billy are probably feeling upset and desperate, for no good reason.
I still think either/both of them is a risk to break out. They would think nothing of killing guards, LE, other inmates, innocent bystanders. They've already proven they have no respect for human life, other than saving their own filthy, miserable hides.
They should feel lucky they're still alive.

One theory I have about it.
What's the one thing that has changed?
Answer: His trial is only 3 months away.
Maybe they are going to move his trial out of Pike County?
Montgomery County is way farther away than Ross County.
Montgomery County is 4 Counties away from Pike County, Ross County is only 1 County away from Pike County.
Why is Montgomery County suddenly, after 3 years, a better place to provide security and security/transportation to the Courthouse? Ross has done it fine for 3 years and 1 month, that's a long time.

He is actually closer to Billy now. Butler and Montgomery County are next to each other.
Interesting, Angela and Jake are in Counties next to each other. Delaware and Franklin.

Security and/or has to do with his trial in 3 months.
That's a jail in poor shape, must be a security reason that is very pressing.
The judge and prosecution mentioned something about keeping things under seal until the trial. That was in reference to Parker trying to make public the snippets from Jake's proffer that he claims exonerates GW4.
Parker probably filed motions mentioning that evidence in an attempt to make it public. That would be a typical trick for him.
He should be careful. The judge became very irritated with Parker at the hearing the other day. His patience is wearing thin with all the stunts the defense attorney is trying to pull.
JMO.
Ross County is actually right next to Pike County. Perhaps too close if GW4 was talking to anyone about helping him escape. Also might have made it easier for someone not in jail and living nearby to bribe Ross County personnel to look the other way or encourage fellow inmates to help GW4 in some way. Moving him farther away makes it more difficult to pull off such stunts.
Just a theory. There are any number of scenarios. Perhaps something was overheard during one of GW4's phone conversations.
It could also just be punishment for some bad behavior by George. JMO
