Have to keep in mind, there's another facet of this case that we aren't allowed to mention. Much more evidence that will never be heard. And that's about as much as I'm allowed to say. Kind of wish I could call up AC, because there's a side that I don't believe was ever investigated, and never will be.

I agree, how could DR not be a target, for the reasons you stated, and just the fact that she would be in the house with HR. If the Ws drove to DR's and she wasn't home, why wait if DR wasn't targeted? AC said they waited for DR to come home.

And DR recieved 5 shots, her and HHG. A lot of rage there, IMO. AC mentioned that DR was still alive after JW shot her the first time and he had to go back in her room, after he killed HR, and shoot DR again. It wasn't quick for DR. </3

Oh wow, I'd not heard the part where JW told HR he'd kill her and hide her body. It's remarkable to me that JW pled guilty but GW3 and 4 are fighting what seems like the inevitable. It still burns me that AW gets only 30 years. She should be a lifer, IMO

*Trial continues (Day 2) (@ 9am ET) - OH - Pike County 8 people dead: Christopher Rhoden, Sr. (40), his ex-wife, Dana Manley Rhoden (37), their three children, Clarence "Frankie" Rhoden (20), Christopher Jr. (16), Hanna Mae (19); Frankie's fiancée, Hannah Hazel Gilley (20), Christopher Rhoden Sr.'s brother, Kenneth Rhoden (44), & a cousin, Gary Rhoden (37). Hanna Rhoden's baby girl (5 days old), another baby (6 mos.) and a young child (3) were unharmed. (April 21-22, 2016, Pebbles) – for *George Washington Wagner IV (27/now 30) (Jakes’ bro) indicted (11/12/18), arrested (11/13/18), charged (11/15/18) & arraigned (11/28/18) with 8 counts aggravated murder, (plus gun specifications on each), 1 count of 1st degree conspiracy, 4 counts of 1st degree aggravated burglary, 1 count of 5th degree unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, 3 counts of 3rd degree evidence tampering, 1 count of 5th degree forgery, 1 count of 5th degree unauthorized use of computer or telecommunications, 1 count of 4th degree interception of wire, oral or electronic communication, 1 count of 5th degree obstructing justice, & 1 count of 1st degree engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek the DP. Per Jake’s plea agreement, DP is off the table if his testimony is truthful.
Trial began on 8/29/22 with final jury selection & the jury has been seated on 8/30/22. 12 Jurors & 6 alternates. Jury: (9 women & 3 men) & 6 alternates: (5 women & 1 man).
Opening statements began on Monday, 9/12/22. (Trial is scheduled for 30 days).

9/12/22 Monday, Trial Day 1: After jury was seated and after judge told them they could take notes a juror had to ask for tablet, etc and the proceedings had to be paused while these items were given to jurors.

Jake Wagner admitted to killing 5 of the victims. Has he said who killed the other 3? Sorry if I missed this.

I have no doubt about the guilt or innocence of these 4 despicable family members. JW provided invaluable evidence about the location of the guns, timeline, etc....

Whether 4 pulled a trigger or not, he was there, he actively participated in the crime and he certainly helped cover up their guilt.

He will face the same fate as JW when they get to the big house. They are already on a hit list. They are notorious and from what AC described what JW did to HR, and her newborn, their fates are sealed.

Taxpayers wont need to worry about housing this crime family for 30 yrs. IMO

I believe you are right. JW won’t make it in general population in prison.

In Nash's opening statement, G4 alleged that Jake killed all eight victims.

How would G4 know that if he is claiming he wasn't at the murder scenes?
