Doesn't make me wonder, I've always believed the R's double crossed or ripped off the W's and this was revenge for that. Also I think FW and her dead husband were the beginning of all of this starting waaay back to drugs in horses butts

Possible. I doubt Chris ripped them off, he didn't seem to have a history of that. I don't get the impression that he or Kenny were people who went looking for trouble with other people.

It could be their marijuana grow up was competing with business the elder Wags were doing. JMO only. I have no idea, but I don't think the elder Wagners treated any of the locals very well. We've seen how many times they took tenants to court for eviction, their abusive practices with land contracts, etc. They couldn't control the Rhodens and that probably bothered them.

well....i must of pissed off Law and Crime Channel livestream by posting the info that was being tweeted out by the reporters. the people in there were happy for an update, the channel wasnt doing anything, and now some are pissed off at the mod for deleting my info. oh well. at least they have an update and can stop being insane

Their tv channel is still running video of some Alex Jones defamation trial. Maybe their reporter is taking lunch break.

I thought Wagners removed the security cameras.

they did according to the opening statement yesterday. sounds like billy was pointing them out for everyone in terms of where they are at. that is what i take from the tweet

The defense has nothing else but to attack the victims and attempt to blame them for their own deaths. We all knew they would go cartel and cockfighting. Next they'll talk about Frankie getting in a fight over derby racing
I really thought with JW and AW testifying for prosecution and after hearing defense opening about how wonderful and different GWIV is from the other three BUT how JW killed all 8, so GWIV's defense is not throwing his father under the bus...yet...I'm a bit surprised the defense is going with Mexico.

You're right though, throw all at the wall and see if any sticks. Poor Mrs. Geneva and TR...all the family </3

Angenette is on

Bobby Jo Manley on first. Found Chris, Gary, etc. She said it was unusual dogs were outside, were usually inside. Door was locked, never locked. Billy Morgan helped her get the key.

Opened door a lot of blood and drag marks. Went to back room, pulled back comforter and found Gary and Chris. Ran outside called 911, got address. Went next door to tell Frankie, found them in their bed Hannah had been breast feeding. Blood everywhere in the bed. Ruger on bed covered in blood on his hands and knees. Brently let them in. Said BJM was stoic. Answered questions. Don't know if Brently heard or saw his dad being killed.

He may have been asleep woke up later and went in their room and saw them.

They think James Manley will be next to testify. Billy Morgan went to get the rest of the family, went inside Dana's trailer and backed out. Don't know if James Manley will opt out of testifying on camera.

Maybe it didn't damage the lockset. IIRC, the Wagners made sure to lock the door at Chris's trailer before they left. Frankie's front door had a chain lock inside. Pretty sure that was for the kids safety. They probably left out the back door.

Kenny's door only padlocked from the outside. He had a driveway alarm that didn't work that night. At Dana's her front door was left ajar.
She surely would have noticed the bullet hole and splintered wood. Some of this stuff just doesn't compute.

Killers locked the door when they left? I believe that's what was said. BJM said she knew where the key was kept (gutter near the door). Maybe the mobile home type gutter they use above entry doors. The door and lock remained intact probably, with a bullet hole and some splintering. (wood in CR's face)

Thanks for the update Betty, was on the phone and saw the judge briefly, wasn't sure I even had a feed until then.
Yeah that splintered wood and bullet hole should have been a huge red flag, huh.

They're re-running Angela's testimony. George was the one, IIRC who guarded Chris Jr's room.

Yeah, he shot Dana first, then Hanna May, then back to Dana and shot her again. Went back to kitchen, his dad was standing there. George was behind him still guarding little Chris's room. Went to shoot Little Chris's room. Got back in Chris Sr's truck. Went back to Chris Srs and got their car. Both cars went to Kenny's . Drove Chris's truck up to Kenneth's driveway. Kenny didn't wake up. Billy went in and shot Kenny with the 40 cal Glock. Removed cameras. He had a mini grow also removed a trail cam.

Law & Crime hosts/experts haven't done a lot of homework on this case. They don't realize the Rhoden family signed off on Jake and Angela's plea deals. The one expert did note that death penalty trials, etc. are very expensive to do. Appeals go on for many years.

Live on Law and Crime. She usually posts it later in her twitter feed, I think. Just happened to have Law and Crime on when she started her report.

Who reported this? Is it Law & Crime speculation?

Does anyone know who the confidential informant is yet? I’m guessing it’s jakes ex from Alaska?

Who reported this?

The anchor on Law and Crime did an intro, then they replayed some of AC's testimony video. I just transcribed some of it. It was the part of her opening yesterday where she talked about what Jake said happened.

I originally watched it late last night while in bed and actually fell asleep, so I was glad to see some of it again. I need to watch it again. There's a lot of info in those 4 hours of her speech.

I did take notes last night, but didn't re-read them today.

Later, the anchor talked to the L & C expert and they discussed giving Jake LWOP in exchange for testimony. They thought that was something, considering how horrible Jake was in murdering these people. Neither of the L&C folks knew much about that part of the case and wondered if the family agreed to the plea deals (we know they did). They seemed shocked that the state gave Jake LWOP, not sure what testimony he gave them. So, no, they were just talking about things they would know if someone did homework for them.

Thank you. We still need to attribute to source.
