Prosecution still laying foundation. We have heard about bad and evil behavior in Wagner family. We have not heard yet how George is connected to the murders. However, prosecution is continuing to lay foundation...a lot of foundation.

I feel like they have to. They have to show they didn't pick the Wagners from day 1 to pin this on, they investigated thoroughly, event he bogus crap Billy told them 5 months after the murder. It was his very interview that likely pointed BCI in the direction of the Wagners. It's so ridiculous for most of us to think this could be over custody so if they don't lay a good foundation, they might have jurors questioning the motive.

No, Billy was sitting in a police car talking to BCI. It wasn't secret like the defense tried to say. It's pretty common to believe you are sitting in a police car talking to police and there might be a recording device. Think about those that wear body cams. They don't tell people hey I have a body cam and recording this. Also think of the times people talk to police and it isn't recorded then later is recorded.. that presents issues about why wasn't it recorded. Defense just grasping at straws again.
