Thursday, October 29th:
*Call Docket Hearing (@ 9am CT) – OK – Alize Ramon “Gotta Twin” Smith (21) & Jarron Keonte “400” Moreland (21) (April 14, 2018, Moore; shot, dismembered, chained to cinder blocks & thrown in pond, April 18, 2018) – For *Johnny Shane Barker (43/now 45) “mom’s BF” arrested (4/17/18), charged (4/18/18) & arraigned (1/9/19) with accessory after the fact to 2nd degree murder, desecrating a human corpse for purpose of impeding or prohibiting the detection, investigation or prosecution of a crime and/or altering, inhibiting or concealing the ID of a crime victim. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
Trial was set to begin on 6/1/20 has been rescheduled on 11/2/20.

1/6/20 Update: By agreement of the parties the Motion to Amend information is stricken. Trial date to remain as previously set. Next Call Docket hearing on 3/20. Trial still starts on 3/23/20. 3/20/20 Update: Barker: Call Docket hearing rescheduled for 5/29. Trial will begin on 6/1/20.
5/25/20 Update: Call docket on 5/29 & trial to start on 6/1 have been cancelled. Next Call Docket hearing on 10/29 & trial will now begin on 11/2/20.
*Crystal Rachelle Boettler – 3/17/20: Plead guilty. Sentenced to 45 years under the supervision of the OK DOC, except the first 20 years in the custody of OK DOC, running concurrently with credit for time served (20 in/25 out). 2 years post imprisonment supervision.
*Brett Aaron Boettler - 5/1/19: Boettler withdrew his not guilty plea, and instead plead guilty to the charges. A judge sentenced (technically) received a life sentence, but the district attorney’s office said that he will end up serving 30 years in prison & 15 years on probation.
*Kevin Don Garcia-Boettler - 5/1/19: Garcia-Boettler withdrew his not guilty plea, and instead plead guilty to the charges. A judge sentenced to 25 years.
