Plead not guilty. No bond.
Also for murder of:
OK – James Steven Knowles (57) (missing since Oct, 2017 & presumed dead).
Trial set to begin on 5/24/21.
*Charged (12/13/19) with assault & battery upon a detention officer.
Charged (4/27/20) with possession of contraband by inmate/shank. Will not be keeping track of this charge.

8/27/20 Update: Assault & Battery charges: next hearing on 10/14/20. Murder: Defendant represented by Attorney Hall & White, State by D. Nichols & J. Harmon. Case has been reset. Status hearing on 1/5/21, Motions hearing on 1/19/21, motions hearing on 3/2/21, status hearing on 4/20/21, Call Docket hearing on 5/20/21 & trial set to begin on 5/24/21.
10/14/20 Update: Assault: Next pretrial conference hearing on 5/21/21 @ 10:30am. 1/5/21 Update: Murder: Judge Kirby: Defense by attorney Richard Hull & Howard Morrow. State by ADA Jimmy Harmon & David Nichols. Status conference hearing on 3/2/21 continued by agreement to 3/4/21 @ 1pm before Judge Kirby. Motion hearing on 1/19/21 is stricken & set for the same date as status conference on 3/4/21.
