Now this is strange - I have in my notes that they were already out on bond (1/10/19). And now they are released again? They must have done something wrong between then & now if they are getting released again. Or my notes are wrong?

Also I see that post #97 says Jury trial on 9/27/21, but post #99 says trial in October. Confusing....

*Motions Hearing for both (@ 1:30pm CT) – OK – Bonnie Beth Lilly (3 yrs) (Jan. 3, 2018, Lawton; had 17 lb. tumor/cancer) - *Bonnie Beth Mills-Lilly (42/now 45) & *Henry Clarence Lilly III (49/now 52) arrested (1/4/18), charged (1/7/18) & arraigned (12/2/19) with 1st degree manslaughter & not providing medical care to child. Both plead not guilty. $60K bond each. Bonded out on 1/10/19.
Trial was set to begin on 6/1/21 continued to 9/27/21 with jury selection & trial October, 2021.

5/11/21 Update: Hearing for oral motion held. Over the objection of the State, jury trial currently set for 6/1/21 is continued to October, 2021 docket. The sounding docket hearing set for 5/14/21 is stricken. Motion will be set at a later date in advance of the October trial docket. Next motions hearing on 9/7/21 & sounding docket on 9/10/21. Trial to begin on 9/27/21. 5/12/21 Update: Judge Newburn reduced bond to $40K for each defendant. Surety bond was posted in the amount of $40K.
