Thank you @PayrollNerd - I will be back in a couple of weeks to see if the trial is still a go on 10/3 as they have nothing on the court docket about the mental eval on her yet.

  • #146
@PayrollNerd - when you have a chance - just wondering if the court site still has the 10/3 trial date as next.

TIA! :)

These are pretty clearly people who just ignore their problems hoping that they'll go away. They probably don't have an official address so they couldn't just be picked up but to be truly hidden also requires a certain amount of effort so my expectation is that they'll be taken into custody on the failure to appear warrant before they're scheduled to go to trial - although it may take a bit longer than that. They'll claim they forgot.

I wonder if the camper they were originally living in was still road worthy. When they bonded out, ankle monitors in place, did they return to it? Now I'm guessing they've removed the ankle monitors and split? But how do they support themselves if they're traveling in a camper tho. Hmmm. I bet they have help too.

They probably get a check delivered to a PO box. That would be my guess about how they'll ultimately be picked up.

LAWTON, Okla. -
A metro bounty hunter tracks down an Oklahoma couple wanted in connection to their daughter's 2019 death.
Henry Clarence Lilly III and his wife Beth Mills-Lilly failed to show up for a court hearing this month on charges of manslaughter.
Metro bail enforcer Tim Stephens said he tracked the couple to Tennessee Friday night.

@PayrollNerd - wondering what is going on with these two? Did they find them in Tennessee? As the bounty hunter said?

Trial still on 10/3/22?

Curious if any photo of this child has been published anywhere. I have looked with no luck. Very sad case. I hope the other children are doing well & these parents are found & tried.

Odd that there are zero updates online. Nothing beyond yesterdays date, 10/3/22. I don't recall paying any attention to the Counts section but at the bottom is the word Pending. I don't know if that has always been there or if that is new.
