(March 30, 2018, Broken Arrow) – *William “Bill” Woolley III (59/now 60) “grandfather” charged (4/12/18) & arraigned (4/13/18) with 2 counts child sexual abuse of a 5 year old. Re-arrested (12/20/18) & indicted (12/10/18) with 1st degree murder. Plead not guilty. $500K bond, reduced (8/1/18) to $100K, bonded out in July. 12/10/18: No bond. Back in jail (as of 1/11/19). Bond reduced (4/1/19) to $12,500 & have bonded out.
*Lisa K. Woolley (56/now 57) “grandma” charged (4/12/18) & arraigned (4/13/18) with 2 counts enabling child sexual abuse of 5 year old. Re-arrested (12/20/18) & indicted (12/10/18) with 1st degree murder. Plead not guilty. $500K bond, reduced (8/1/18) to $50K, bonded out in July. 12/10/18: $500K bond. Back in jail (as of 1/11/19). I don’t understand this. How and why would they drop the murder and sexual assault charges? It’s now only “enabling child neglect and child abuse”. Does this mean someone else was there and the grandparents “enabled the abuse”? I’m so disgusted by this. That child was sexually abused and murdered. I don’t think anyone else was there so IMO, these sick/twisted grandparents murdered this child. MOO
Where are the parents of this child?

This whole case really confuses me...who do these kids belong to? After doing some research it’s hard to tell based on their last name..... Or do we not know for sure? I have an idea but the last name confuses me....

Because I found his obituary with a totally different, yet similar, last name.
