Admitted abusing child. More charges may follow after autopsy.

Rule 11-801(D)(2), to suppress surreptitious jail records that were unlawfully obtained without a search warrant & defendants' motion to exclude & motion for disclosure of true & accurate copies of invoices received from & payments made to all expert witnesses retained by the State in this case. Judge will hear these motions on 10/23.

Khal-el Ezrin Alyxander Clark left this life much too soon at the age of 2 on July 16, 2018 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Khal-el was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on March 1, 2016 to Kent Clark and Alysia Gaylord. Khal-el was the most smiley little boy who could light up anyone’s face when they saw him. He would always run to the door to give you a hug if you walked in and he had a laugh that was contagious. He loved playing with cars, truck and building anything with blocks. Even though he had to leave this earth far too soon, the sweet, caring, loving little boy will be deeply missed by all who knew him and will be remember forever.

Those he leaves to cherish his memories are his mother, Alysia Gaylord; father, Kent Clark; grandmothers, Rose Clark and Patricia Gaylord; grandfathers, Richard Spell and Mark Gaylord; uncle, Navarre Gaylord; great grandmother, Dorothy Hotifield and a host of family and friends who will miss his sweet smile dearly.

Memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Khal-el will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Grace Episcopal Church in Muskogee, OK.
