http://www.middleamericanmafia.com/uploads/2/4/2/6/24269200/mam3.pdf @glamourkitty1922 posted this on Nancy's step-daughter's (Meredith Medina) thread. Nancy's step-daughter went missing 4 years after she did. Page 32-33 of the document (or page 37-38 if you open it in Acrobat) talks about Nancy and Meredith Medina.

Also from news archives...here is an article from August 1984 about Nancy's disappearance. I had to open it in incognito to get it to display the article. But here is the text about Nancy so you don't have to do that:

Police Suspect Foul Play Police suspect foul play in the disappearance of a 36-year-old Oklahoma City woman who was last seen about 10 p.m. on Aug. 3 after she left her two children with a baby sitter, a police spokesman said.

Lt. Dave McBride said Nancy Jean Medina was to have gone with friends to watch a video after she left the baby sitter's house.

The woman's car, a brown 1974 Chevrolet Impala, was found Aug. 22 at the intersection of Springlake Drive and Eastern, McBride said.

The woman was described as a white female, 5-foot-3, weighing 132 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a multicolored, short-sleeve blouse.

McBride said anyone with information about Ms. Medina or her vehicle should contact the department's Missing Persons unit at 232-5311, extension 288.

August 3, 1984 was a typical Friday night. Nancy Medina a single, working mother of three, dropped off her two younger children with their babysitter and was headed off to watch videos with her eldest daughter, Catherine.

Nancy never made it, and has never been heard from since. It has been 34 years.

Nancy’s last known sighting was at 9:00pm on August 3, 1984 in Choctaw, Oklahoma. The car that she was driving that night, a two-doored, brown 1974 Chevy Impala, was found on August 22, over by the old Springlake Amusement Park at the intersection of Springlake and Eastern, Oklahoma City, almost 18 miles away from where she had last seen.

At the time of Nancy’s disappearance, she was going through a divorce and custody dispute with her youngest child’s father. A man who by all accounts, Nancy would have been afraid of, and was at times verbally and emotionally abusive. While Nancy’s estranged husband has never been officially named a person of interest in her case- it is worth noting that his own daughter would also go missing just under five years after Nancy did. Meredith Medina was 16 years old, and last seen on February 14, 1989 in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

There are certainly other suspects that could be involved in Nancy’s disappearance, a second husband that was at one time a suspect in a murder- Nancy was his alibi for the murder. Nancy was also reportedly afraid of this man as well.

Oklahoma City Police have believed almost all along that foul play was involved. We don’t know exactly what evidence was found with the car, but we believe that there was evidence that would lead police to believe that a struggle occurred within the vehicle.

Nancy was a beloved mother, daughter, and sister. Her family just wants her back. Her kids want her back. Thirty-four years is too long to go without answers for what happened to your mom.

On the evening of August 3rd, Nancy the single working mother of three, dropped two of her children off with the babysitters at 9 pm at Southwest 32nd and Choctaw Road. Nancy planned to head to watch videos with her oldest daughter, Catherine. But Nancy never made it and has never been seen or heard from again.

The Oklahoma City Police have almost all along believed that foul play was involved with Nancy’s disappearance.

On August 22nd, Nancy’s 1974 brown two door Chevy Impala, license plate number, Oklahoma YP-4876 expiration date 1985, was found at Springlake Drive and Eastern. This was almost 18 miles from Nancy’s last known whereabouts. We do not know exactly what the Oklahoma City Police found in the car but it is believed that evidence of a struggle was found.

Nancy was going through a divorce and custody dispute with the father of her youngest child. It is thought that Nancy would have been afraid of this man. It’s reported that he was at times verbally and emotionally abusive to Nancy. He was never named an official suspect in Nancy’s disappearance but his own daughter disappeared almost 5 years after Nancy. On February 14th, 1989 Meredith Medina was last seen in Midwest City.

Another possible suspect is her second husband, who was at one time a suspect in a murder. Nancy was his alibi for the day of the murder. She was also reportedly afraid of him.

Nancy was last seen wearing a multicolored short sleeve shirt and blue jeans. She had on pink and white Nikes. She was 5’3” approximately 130-135 pounds. Nancy had strawberry blond hair at the time of her disappearance with blue eyes. She has a scar on her abdomen and one on the inside corner of her left eyebrow.

Nancy is a mother, daughter, sister and aunt of people who truly miss her and want answers and justice. If you have any information that may help in any way with answering the disappearance of Nancy Medina please contact the Oklahoma City Police Department at 405-232-5311.

Nancy Jean Medina was a mother of three who was last seen on August 3, 1984. She had plans to meet her oldest daughter to watch videos but never made it.

The information and circumstances around Nancy's disappearance are limited. At the time of her disappearance, Nancy was getting divorced and undergoing a custody battle with the father of her youngest child. It is believed that this relationship was emotionally abusive and that Nancy may have been afraid of her ex-husband. However, this man was never publically identified as a suspect nor was his name published in any articles. Oddly enough, five years after Nancy vanished, her stepdaughter, Meredith Medina would vanish on February 14, 1989, with limited information available.

Nancy's car was discovered abandoned alongside Springlake Drive and Eastern. She drove a brown 1974 brown two-door Chevy Impala with an Oklahoma license plate that reads YP-4876 expiration date 1985.

Nancy's family is still seeking justice and demands answers.
