So according to that flyer you posted with a 1/13/23 date - but the tweet says "about 2 years ago".

And from that article that @Red Clover posted - she was found & back in jail.

Wonder where she is now...

Tuesday, February 21st:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9am PT) - OR – Dennis W. Day (76) (former original Disney Mouseketeer, Phoenix, missing July 15, 2018, found April 4, 2019, ID’ed Jun 6, 2019) - *Daniel James Burda (36/now 39) arrested & charged (7/5/19) & arraigned (7/17/19) with 2nd degree manslaughter, 2nd degree criminal negligent homicide, 2nd degree abuse of a corpse, 1st degree criminal mistreatment, 7 counts of aggravated identity theft, fraudulent use of credit card & 2nd degree theft. Plead not guilty. $150K Bond. Released on 7/15/20. But wound up back behind bars after he was convicted of 3rd degree robbery in Jackson County & imprisoned at the Columbia River Correctional Institution on Feb. 9, 2021.
Was handyman for Day. Day’s car found 200 miles away on Oregon coast on 7/26/19. Day’s partner Caswell died in Sept., 2019.
Trial was set to begin on 8/10/20 continued on 1/22/24. (5 days)

9/26/22 Update: Next pretrial conference hearing on 11/7/22. Lodged other charges Case under advisement with the Court of Appeals as of 7/18/22. 11/3/22 Update: Motion for continues, so pretrial hearing on 11/7/22 was continued. Next pretrial conference on 2/6/23 @ 9am re lodged other charges case under advisement with the Court of appeals as of 7/18/22.
2/6/23 Update: Hearing was held Judge Kelly W. Ravassipour presiding. Defendant present with court appointed attorney Christine Kantas Herbert. Next pretrial conference hearing on 2/21/23 re new proceeding. Trial readiness hearing on 1/18/24 @ 10:30am & trial starts on 1/22/24 @ 9am & will last 5 days.
*Wanda Diane Garcia (57/now 60) – 6/1/22: Plead guilty. Disposition: Unauthorized use of a vehicle-convicted & theft in the first degree-dismissed. Probation supervised duration 18 months. Failure to appear for warrant.
*Lori Ann Declusin – Pretrial hearing on 8/6/19 Jackson County: Failed to appear warrant issued. Next arraignment hearing Douglas County on 8/29/19. Failed to appear. Next Jackson County hearing on 9/17/19: Failed to appear-FTA warrant issued. 9/30/19: Jackson County: Failed to appear-Warrant out. 11/1/19 Update: Douglas County: Indictment & arrest warrant filed. She is wanted as a witness in Burda’s trial, according to filings by the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office. 11/5/19: $10K warrant out for her arrest.
1/17/21 Update: Declusin walked away from Hiland Mountain Correctional Center on Wednesday, 1/20/21 was arrested Thursday, 2/21/21 night after she was found in a stolen car in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings in Midtown Anchorage, police said. Posing as her cellmate, who was set to be released, according to Sarah Gallagher, a spokeswoman for the Alaska Dept. of Corrections. It wasn’t immediately clear whether Declusin had the other woman’s permission. Superior Court Judge Josie Garton set an appearance bond of $15K cash & a $1K cash performance bond, citing Declusin’s “dangerous conduct & willingness to violate court orders.” She also called her a significant flight risk. Declusin was most recently convicted of violating a stalking order. Declusin was back at Hiland by Thursday night Gallagher said.
