Honored Othram could assist Harford County Sheriff's Office & the FBI to help identify the suspected rapist and murderer of Rachel Morin. He has been arrested and charged. We should be deploying this tech for active cases. We can't afford to wait, especially with serial predators that continue to harm others.

It's important to get justice for the dead, but the little girl who survived deserved to know the man who hurt her in her own home was not coming back to do it again, that he was locked up. You gave her and her mother that, and the importance of that to how they are going to be able to process what happened and heal cannot be understated.

Appears Miguel also used Santiago as one of his surnames. So sad, wonder what happened to their baby boy. Looks like he was only 3 at the time. His birth announcement is in the Orlando Sentinel but behind a paywall.

Hope LE can locate him for answers about Holly. So happy to hear she has her name back and there is now a road to Justice.
