Here's an article from 2014 on Shawn Robert Felmey -- "Most Wanted" in Cumberland County for non-payment of child support.

    Cumberland County’s Most Wanted

His last known address at that time was believed to be on North East Avenue in Vineland (Cumberland County), New Jersey. [Note: the photo featured in the article is not of Felmey, but of another individual who was also wanted.]

This is yet another case of clear warning signs of apparent child abuse.

In case you were wondering what set Shawn Robert Felmey off, causing him to murder this 22-month-old baby boy, here it is:

"[F]elmey had been angry early in the morning after finding out his cousin went to 7-Eleven without him."

    [...]

"Brandon’s identical twin brother, Dylan, died in July 2017. An autopsy at the time said the fatality was caused by sudden infant death syndrome, the coroner’s office said."

Brandon's mother had been with Shawn Robert Felmey since July 2018, according to the article.
