*Status Hearing (@ 1:30pm ET) – PA – Conner Snyder (8) & Brinley L. Snyder (4) (Sept. 23, 2019, Albany Township; found hanging from basement rafters) - *Lisa Rachelle Snyder (36/now 40) “mom” arrested (12/2/19), charged (12/9/19) & arraigned (3/12/20) with 2 counts of 1st degree murder, 2 counts of 3rd degree murder, 1 count of tampering with or fabricating evidence, 2 counts of endangering the welfare of children, 1 counts of animal cruelty & 2 counts of sexual intercourse with an animal (with a dog). 9/2/21: Animal cruelty & sex with dog severed from original charges. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.

2/22/23 Update: Order-granting motion to extend time for mental health evaluation. Order of the Court re: Dr. O'Brien & Counsel shall schedule an interview for the defendant. Next status hearing on 4/12/23.

I'm forever surprised by how slowly this case is moving. Looking back at the docket, the last canceled hearing was on 2/15/23, and before that, a year earlier on 2/10/22. The Court records look pretty clean compared to other cases still blaming COVID.

As of today, no update to the docket if the scheduled status hearing was held or what was discussed. No mention of the next hearing date.
