Unless there is MSM or info from LE that states Linda has some mental disability or is on the spectrum, that discussion is not productive and simply derails the thread with many posts that may not even be relevant.

A Pennsylvania man is charged with kidnapping an 18-year-old Amish woman who investigators believe was “harmed” after being abducted last month, police said.

Justo Smoker, 34, of Paradise, was arrested Friday on felony kidnapping and misdemeanor false imprisonment charges in the disappearance of Linda Stoltzfoos, who has been missing since June 21, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced Saturday.

Stoltzfoos’ whereabouts remain unclear and an active search for her remains ongoing, but investigators “have reason to believe she was harmed” after being abducted.

(@ 9am ET) - PA – Linda Stoltzfoos (18) (last seen June 21, 2020, Bird-In-Hand, Lancaster County) – *Justo Roberto Smoker (34) arrested (7/10/20 at work at Dutchland, Inc.), charged & arraigned (7/11/20) with felony 1st degree kidnapping to inflict injury/terror & misdemeanor false imprisonment. Denied bail. Held without bond.

7/11/20 Update: Appeared before Magisterial District Judge B. Denise Commins for a preliminary arraignment. Charged with felony kidnapping to inflict injury/terror & misdemeanor false imprisonment. Denied bail. Bail Action Reason: Due to the nature of the charges & ongoing investigation into the status of the victim. Next preliminary hearing on 7/21/20.
7/20/20 Update: Preliminary hearing has been postponed. No future date set yet.

WS is victim friendly and it is a violation of TOS to sleuth family members of either victim or POI/suspect.

Please move on from the arguing over how the bra and stockings were found. The arrest affidavit was ambiguous (probably due to lack of punctuation) and therefore open to interpretation. As the family only referred to Linda’s practice of removing her stockings on her way home from church, the likely conclusion is that she did not remove her bra as it was not stated to be her habit. As none of us know for sure, arguing either way is not productive.

Did I get this correct ? On July 10, 2020 the FBI offered up to $10,000 for info on the disappearance of Linda Stoltzfoos, the bra and socks were discovered the same day and JS was arrested at his place of employment around 5:25 pm. on the same day.

The NY Post article linked above says she had a white apron and a white cape. Article also says cops believe she was abducted and taken to the Ronks location which implies it was the same day but she could have been taken there on June 21st or any day after that.

Yes, it was reported by those witnesses in the Gap area that she was wearing a black cap. She wore it to church, it was hers. The picture in the link above shows her with a different outfit and a white cap. That is not how she was dressed the day she was abducted.
