Reading both of them also helps put together the bit about the gun going missing. Procopio told police that the gun was hidden at the house that Procopio and Hammer shared during his second interview. When the police went to retrieve it, it was gone. By this point, Cooper had already fled and Procopio did not get to leave the station after that second interview, which would only leave Hammer to be the one that got rid of it.

Suspect facing new charges in New Castle triple-murder case
NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WYTV) - A suspect is now being held in the Lawrence County Jail without bond in connection to a triple homicide in New Castle.
Jody Hammer faces new charges in the case.
Friday morning, police arrested her on charges of criminal homicide, conspiracy to commit robbery and hindering apprehension.
Hammer was originally charged with obstruction of justice in the case and was out on bond on that charge.

Hammer was arraigned yesterday. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 28. The charges are: 3 counts of criminal homicide, 1 count of conspiracy to committ robbery and inflict serious bodily injury, and 1 count of hindering apprehension by providing aid to a suspect. Bail denied.
Nothing new for Procopio. I did notice that they requested and got approval for a psychiatric evaluation on November 15th.

Summary: On Dec. 6, a confidential informant spoke to police. Procopio had told them that he planned the robbary with Hammer. The plan was for Hammer to take the mother out of the room while the two men robbed the male victim, but she refused to go with her. That was when Cannon shot Cannon and Pumphrey. He gave the gun to Procopio because they were able to hear the two daughters coming down the stairs. Procopio shot Amariah, and he did shoot twice at the other daughter and believed that he had killed her.
Third suspect arrested in West Side triple homicide

I didn't know the family, but I saw them a few times while I was playing Pokomon Go in the area. I'd very much like to see them get justice.
