Greta: speaking with Joran's attorney Maximo Altez about the prison. He says the courthouse is inside the prison. He's talking about the three judges who will decide. Trial can be at least two years away. Motions can be filed but system is overcrowded. This prison is overcrowded. Only a few people in solitary confinement; Joran is in there because it is a high-profile case. Altez doesn't see a problem with Joran being in general population; he's a tough guy. He's also saying there is no tv in solitary. Joran can leave the cell 2-3 hours a day. Greta asking him if there's a toilet facility inside the cell; he says yes, everything there.
 
I think they said the court date tomorrow was to see if they could get permission to use evidence from the lap top and release info to the Aruban police. I'm sure that's what I heard.
 
Greta talking with Peruvian officer, 2 years to go trial for anyone who commits murder. Alot of motions, and over crowded. Solitary confinement just a few people. It is a tough place to be, only child molestors. JVDS will be okay because he is a tough guy. JVDS was to be in population. No TV. Just bed, that's it. Can leave for exercise. JVDS exercises alone. Toilet facility.
 
I thought we heard today that he is talking with a fellow prisoner in his area....wasn't that told today or am I losing it? Talked about with the same conversation as the work out room?This lawyer is saying he is totally alone.

Thank you so very much panthera!!! As soon as I heard him speak I began to record it, have 2 fans running and his accent I found it difficult to understand completely...you summarized perfectly.

"Cannot describe the pain, Enrique Flores, brother, its very hard. Cannot imagine if you see in a movie, is this real? We don't understand what has happened this is a nightmare for us. says wife. Enrique, we thought this was a kidnap. Sunday they got worried and called police and they started to check. Police thought it was a kidnap. On Monday with no call, police say this is strange, weird. They saw videos, street so they went to the casino, check the videos took a long time, saw sister in casino with this guy. One of the lawyers from the casino, saw JVDS and checked hotel, the next step went up to 2nd floor, started screaming saw JVDS on computer went to 2nd floor seen him on computer. Went to the casino, they were desperate. Wife saw him on the screen she couldn't stop thinking about him, Googled his name, there he was. Scary to read about all the terrible things he did to NH.
 
Please don't bash me, but something just seems 'off' here. I can't explain it, just a strange feeling I have???
 
John Ludwick...you confuse and astound me sir....what planet are you living on? And, really, did you just admit that you watched the NH movie with JVDS and he told you the parts that were true and not true?? :::shaking my head::::

And the comments on his FB page are just unbelievable...hope that is okay to post...
 
Greta: Stephany's family doesn't blame Beth for sending the money which ended up financing Joran's trip to Peru. "You can't trust a murderer".
 
Greta bringing up the FBI thing. Asks the family about the FBI, their thoughts. Wife of Enrique, Why didn't they handle things in Aruba like they did here (Peru).
 
Flipping channels between Greta and NG....now watching the interview with the Flores family and they are amazing in their strength and grace...heartbreaking!
 
Flores family does not hate JVDS. It's not going to make them feel better as a family, or as a person. (really dignified!!).

We don't know him, and it's (revenge) not going to make us feel better as a family.
