CA: um yes, some throughout the day I either left her messages or she left messages. As far as speaking with her, (pause) I think we had like a brief conversation, um late in the afternoon, sometime 4ish...maybe lasted a few seconds.

LDB: Did that call include a conversation about her plans for that day?

CA: Um yes, she was going to um spend the night at Zanny's and she knew that she couldn't drop Caylee off early at my work. She said she had to...at that time....she had to go into work early...


I may be misinterpreting what is being said but to me I thought she was wanting to take Caylee to CA at work but she couldn't because CA had a staff meeting.

But maybe that call to ask about babysitting was just another "blind" to make it seem as though Caylee was alive...I don't think we can know she was alive as late as 4pm...she could still have been killed earlier. Wasn't there a flurry of phone calls earlier in the day?

But what if CA would have said "sure, bring her on up here." Would ICA have taken that risk if Caylee was already dead?

Considering that she was making all kinds of plans for CA and Caylee to be together long after she knew that Caylee was gone, I can see her asking her mother to baby sit knowing full well that she couldn't because of her work. Just another part of her plan to make her mother think she was still alive. I have a feeling that if CA had agreed to watch her KC would have come up with an excuse why she didn't show up.

For sure it could have been a blind. There is no phone activity between 11:47am - 12:53pm, approximately one hour and then no activity again between 4:25pm - 06:31pm approximately two hours. So with no time of death recorded I really don't know if she was or was not alive at either of those times.

The flurry of calls were between 04:10pm - 04:14pm and the three more calls between 6:31pm - 06:32pm

Respectfully, that is not what was said, at all. Cindy said ICA "knew" that she couldn't drop Caylee off at Cindy's work on Mondays, because Cindy always had a staff meeting in the afternoons on Mondays. ICA simply told Cindy that Caylee would be staying with 'Zanny', and that both of them would be staying the night at 'Zanny's'. She didn't ask Cindy if she could babysit Caylee, because ICA already knew Cindy would not be able to. From what was actually said, this leads me to believe that Caylee might have already been dead at that time, because the "staying over at Zanny's" was the start of all the excuses to avoid coming home. I think we need to be careful reading things in to statements that are made, to support our opinion that the DT's story is false. There are PLENTY of things that point the DT's story being a complete farce, without doing this.

Forgive me...I completely read more into the testimony, I guess because CA said that typically she could watch Caylee the last 1/2 hour of the day. I honestly thought that the conversation they had was regarding CA watching Caylee and since she couldn't then ICA would take Caylee with her and they would stay the night at Zanny's. I remember GA stating in his testimony that ICA had told him earlier that day that she and Caylee were staying with Zanny that night as well. So with that said, I wonder if she was already planning to take Caylee's life earlier in the day when she left for her supposed job, with the plan to stay at Zanny's.

June 16 a monday Cindy says she gets home late on mondays yet for some reason Casey calls her house at this time.

The oddly placed call to GA really stand out to me.
June 17 Casey anthony is driving toni jeep to visit another friend and he reports that Casey says her car is broke down .

Where was her car when she was driving Tonys car the evening of the 17 of june?
 
I think the time between 11:47 and 12:53 is critical...since Casey had no real job, the fact that she was not texting or calling anyone at this time of day tells me she was "busy" or "distracted"...

Was she on the phone between 1pm-4pm to anyone?

She was with in phone contact with GA at work if you mean the 16th of june. 303 pm

I do not believe Casey left in her car from her home that day. Because the very next day she was driving tonis as hers was broke down.

Does he explain why he called her at 3:03 p.m., just 3 minutes after getting to work? This puzzles me?

No I have never even heard mention of it , and it sure was not mentioned in court, but Casey calls cindy alot right after tht call. and then again after calling Cindy 3 times.

Of course the walmart sighting is interesting but I have not see then introduce the video of that into court yet.
