POI: Michael Pak

In my continuing interest in MP as a POI; I was hoping you fellow sleuths might be able to discover the answers to these questions.

I think these are relevant.

1) What vehicle was MP driving the night SG disappeared, make, model and license

2) Who was the legal owner of that vehicle at that time.

3) Does MP still have possession of that vehicle? If not when, where and how did he dispose of it? (somebody in New York LE should be able to follow this up easily)

4) Where is MP now?, if not in the same residence/area when SG disappeared, when and where did he move to?

If MP disposed of the vehicle and/or changed his residency shortly after SG disappeared one could be even more suspicious of MP

If in fact MP has 'disappeared' and nobody knows where he is (possibly he has taken on a new identity), then the suspicious meter goes to '11'.

There ya go if true you have the link of why SG was brought to that party. I can see now why SG was afraid of MP, perhaps she figured something out during the party? Then we will see this link that should not be ignored. Something I hope/wish the cops would investigate more.

Oh, I agree. And blogs aren't MSM articles. But from everything else I've read, it's one of the more clear layings out of the basic happenings of the case and thinking of all the articles I've read and programs I've seen, comparing info, and weeding out the background noise, one of the more thorough and accurate.

As far as proving Pak and drifter are both in GA, yeah, it needs verification, but if true, it is quite interesting. I had always thought that it was the drifter only who went to GA and thought people who said it was Pak were confused. But now that it may be both, my eyebrow is raising. If they were both in New Jersey or Connecticut, I couldn't care less. But if they wound up in the same state that is...what...1200 miles away from NYC?...that is kind of questionable. Especially if they're in the same area of GA (say Atlanta) and MOST especially if they went there together. But, sigh, we don't know much about this. :waitasec:

It appears that MP was driving a Dark colored SUV. I believe that is accurate.

Anybody out there in LE wishing to do some checking on the vehicle? It is an open case, this is a lead, please..... follow it up.

The Drifter and MP being in Georgia, I do not think that is verified.

Flukeyou, yes it is too bad the tapes are 'gone'. I wonder if any of the residents saw them. I wonder if any residents could say "I saw the tapes and a dark colored SUV left driving at a high rate of speed (or conversely slowly as if searching on the parkway for somebody).

Flukeyou can you ascertain who had opportunity to see the tapes before they were erased, and if they viewed them?

It is crucial, I believe, that we learn of MP's actions and behavior after that morning.

Surely, LE would have asked for them when they got there on the morning Shannan went missing.... oh never mind - silly me! I doubt that LE would have asked for the tapes that morning or even knew they existed. (My theory on the tapes is someone saw something that could have been incriminating and or embarrassing and the tapes got erased somehow). Tapes do not get erased unless someone touches some buttons in the correct sequence.

The Officer would have likely spent the morning talking to people trying to figure out what happened. At this point there was no LISK ( those bodies have not been found) nobody in Oak Beach is advocating for SG (remember her driver and friend, MP, had left already) and JB and the others were not too worried about her.

To the officer on site this was likely a low priority incident, about a 'escort' who was not from the area who appeared to be drugged and or stoned running down the street at 5:00AM waking people up. Her driver left, so she probably went with him.

Nobody in LE expected the incident to evolve like it did.

Could it possibly be that MP was not sitting in his car out by the gate but rather was one of the partiers at JB's and was later referred to as the 'drifter' who was there that night and then left for GA {to keep his ID secret}?

WINDSOR, have you read anywhere that MP told GC that Shannan had left a party he had been a part of? I'm looking for the link I read a week or 2 ago :banghead:


PS: Did the 'drifter' info come from JB?

I have one thing to say- Aman Ali (the reporter who wrote that article) never step foot on Oak Beach and he never spoke with GC. Like so many other sloppy reporters who rely on the top shocker stories to earn a buck, all Aman Ali did was read another reporters article and write his own based upon what he thought he read.

shame on you Aman Ali for borrowing someone else's story, making money off of the victims' misfortune and then getting the story wrong too!

Did we ever consider that MAYBE, just MAYBE, there really was just JB in the house with Shannan, and Pak was outside.....

Maybe Pak only chose to say party because, well, did you expect him to go "Have you seen my friend, she's a provider and she's supposed to be providing a service right now, and she got upset and left."

Maybe he said "party" to cover up for what we all now know what was going on.

Maybe JB really was the only one there.... I DK, it was just something I just thought of....

Based on the cop shows on TV I have seen, I believe 'party' as in 'do you want to party' has a sexual connotation, and might be what MP really meant being that he is in the 'trade'.
