I find it rather strange that the Dr. would call Shannon's mother and then say he didn't. While Shannon's mom walked into the Dr.'s house and was asking him about Shannon, she was still out in the land scape where she hadn't been found yet. How did he get Shannon's mother's phone number, and yet they found the phone on her when they found her body. I mean, it's kind of apparent to me. Is anybody else picking up on this stuff?

You are aware that Ray was the petitioner.... If Spota wanted to hide this tape from the public, why would he employ someone as vocal as Ray who has screamed from the rooftops tales of corruption from day one?

Your assertions are about as far out as I've seen on this thread, however, I'm still giving you the opportunity to put some merit behind them. Please, instead of the ad hominem attacks, can you contribute something of substance, something fact based to support the claims you've made?

After listening to many interviews with Ray, including the one released yesterday on the LISK podcast, it seems Ray would be the last guy Spota would want to throw this case. What evidence did he give away in Shannan's case?

Answer these questions before going on another unsolicited rant about Tommie.

''Cops in the Gilgo Beach serial killer cold case on Long Island must surrender a copy of a 911 call a woman made before her death.

An appeals court on Wednesday refused to quash a subpoena seeking the recording.''

Also, has anyone heard the 911 call that isn’t part of Burke’s In Squad? What if that 911 call was fabricated and doesn’t exist? The state police would have a copy. The operator said they transferred her to state police. Why would the state police not have at least a partial copy?

in 2015 U.S. Attorney Robert Capers told a certain someone who was in witness protection[CL] that he wanted to meet me. I was on the phone with CL when he kept getting death threats,so I became a witness for the Feds way back in 2015.
At the meeting in 2015, I learned cops were going to be arrested for the Shannan Gilbert murder and the snuff tapes and the Feds
were prosecuting little Jimmy. Between the Burke NON trial and the Spota trial, back room deals were made.

Spota would not hire Ray to obstruct and imprison his pride and joy, Burke. The fact that there was another homicide against Mari Gilbert by her daughter who turned schizophrenic, sounds like someone was using tech to drive her daughter crazy and provoke a violent attack against her mom. I wish that the feds would run those devices through computer forensics.

This is common, you even see the spoofs coming in and they’re doing it to Loeb who believes that this scandal goes up to the Clintons. Guess what is going to happen when Chris winds up dead, god forbid? They're not going to have a clue who is responsible.

Chris wants to stay alive he needs to take off that tinfoil hat with the quickness and think rationally about his threat landscape. You see his phone blowing up during a Facebook video when he is talking about something publicly they don't want them to talk about?

That's a Remote Access Tool and a message spoofing to obstruct the video he's posting. I've never seen it happen to someone else before. Making his testimony incredible means he's gotta be crazy, he's gotta be a criminal and he has to be an untrustworthy person. It's scary because he's buying into it.

He's still under malicious law enforcement surveillance. He needs to report it to the FBI before he's driven insane.

I assume they did the same thing to Shannan’s family. Don't think it's possible? Think again. They’ll drive you crazy through your tech. Without FBI cyber analyzing it with some hazmat suit that isolates the malware and not cross contaminate the field office, they won't be able to prove it. They also have to trace and ID their Facebook friends. You'd need a warrant like a FISA warrant to investigate this harassment and check to see if those messages coming in are from who they say they are coming from.

You could count the mafia as potential intelligence assets for Italy’s Intelligence service and get a warrant on the mob based on that. Who knows they could be conducting espionage for Italy....and you need a foreign intelligence connection to get a FISA. We don't have a warrant for unlawful and malicious surveillance yet and this type of harassment. For now unless we create new invasive electronic surveillance laws to protect people from the thing that got Mari killed, you have to meet FISA criteria.

I think you logically could argue the mob constitutes a foreign intelligence threat just to authorize it before they drive a witness crazy. If it leads elsewhere, whoopsie! At least it will stop the problem and protect him.

Check this video out and watch his phone go bonkers as he's trying to talk about what's going on. I bet you half a mil those are message spoofs. It's on the feds to prove it. Please impress me FBI cyber before somebody goes crazy and people get hurt. He needs to report this to ic3.gov.

I have a feeling this is why Mari got killed. I would like a lawyer that doesn't get you killed mid wrongful death suit.

I don't think Ray works for Spota. He could work for the mob. Who knows. I do know that if he wants to fight this and stop this he should probably listen to me and try to get those devices to cyber. Mari dying just cost him a lot of money. Lawyers hate that. If he obstructs those efforts to stop this kind of crazy making harassment that got his client killed....now we know he might have been a red herring.

Whoever is doing this has to be a lawyer as they are creating HEAPS of reasonable doubt by using unlawful surveillance and discrediting witnesses and inciting violence. Whether they're a DA or a defense attorney, who knows.

Now he was well aware and admits he had knowledge of people around him working with that task force and you know that he had a electronic surveillance warrant that the DEA backed. The mob or the attorney for the guilty party could conduct similar counter surveillance and guess who looks responsible If something happens to Loeb? The police and the DEA. Plus the FBI who could get hit with a failure to protect lawsuit.

I wouldn't want that liability existing on a legitimate surveillance warrant for a heroin pipeline or protecting a witness in a civil rights case. Somebody needs to bring Loeb back down to planet earth and investigate Maris and that kids tech. Let's hope Rays on the level and if he is not, that she didn't give them power of attorney.

If it turns out this was happening and resulted in the death of a client Ray can be disbarred. Seems like a risky venture for an attorney to take.
