If we don't have something nice to say(to another poster) don't say it at all. Disagree pleasantly.

Knock off of an old golden rule saying.

KC was the last person to see her child alive.
Her testimony has been proven to be false--three bad addresses in a row, phoney job, lost phones, no record on phone calls or money transactions with a nanny .... she's toast.

Doesn't matter what else is going on.

They can obfuscate all they want.

The jury will look at KC, and now under FL law, can ask her direct questions too.

It seems like it will be a slam dunk for LE.

Rant #1 - A beautiful, loved little girl is dead for no reason. Someone forced her heart to stop beating so there's could beat more freely.
Rant #2 - The lies that Casey has told about the nanny and the family's refusal to take lie detector tests immediately are disgusting. If you want your kid back and you didn't do anything, take that test. Just ask Mark Klaas. Most kids are killed by family members so they will focus on family until proven wrong. The Anthony's couldn't prove them wrong, but at least one or two of them should have been able to take a test. By creating this circus they make it more difficult for LE in future missing children cases. You have to know who it's not and go to the old faithfuls - family and sex offenders, first. I fear that their behavior will negatively effect how rapidly such cases are solved in the future. When a child is taken and not found in 24 hours, the chances are VERY slim that child will be found alive. That's why families have to do everything they can to clear themselves and get LE on the trail of who really did this. I think the Anthony's had horrid legal council. I don't think it's a big red flag that they're asking for immunity, I think it's a CYA. It also implies to the prosecution that they have something of value to share and if they want it, they'll protect them to get it. That's pretty normal legally. This case is wrought with all kinds of challenges and fools. Beverly Hillbillies pulling in to find gold in them thar swamp. Look how many now have careers for no reason but inserting themselves in this case. I think people are too hard on Kronk. He saw something, he was suspicious, he called and was not taken seriously. Maybe he was looking for Caylee and believed her to be there. He was after all a bounty hunter. The only people who I have the most respect for in this case beside Yuri and Tim Miller are Tony L and Amy who have kept their mouths shut and done the right thing. I think this case will get even uglier with more twists and turns. I want to know about those 1200 images. Who found them? Did Lee delete them? And what exactly were they? I've always thought she was an escort or did *advertiser censored*. I wonder if that's it.

Just read a new article from the Sentinel, TM and Equasearch spent so much on the search for Caylee his resources are low and can't help all of the people requesting his help. But my rant is KC has the dream team & experts and a missing persons family can't get help from TM because of $$$$$$$$! Make my stomache ache. Have we heard if Caylee will be laid to rest soon or released from JB's control?

I was getting so mad that DC is saying he is EMOTIONALY hurt and freaked out by just how close the pychic was to Caylee. YEAH RIGHT!!! Then WHY didn't he call LE???????? Didn't a ton of pyschic's give "tips". Why this pyschic? She is already USEING Caylee to make money on the web.:furious::furious: Where's her tips to LE? No credibility IMO.

I know LE/SA does not want to give anything away to JB, but PLEASE just tell us the house doesn't matter, the G family doesn't matter, no connection.
I'd settle for "we have investigated any and all new informaton pertaining to the video recorded by DC."

Why would you wait a MONTH to interview the officer that responded to RK's call AND GA gas can theft. Even if it is his normal beat! Iv'e been a General Manager for over 10 years and that has taught me that when you are dealing with an HR issue, ANY HR issue, it must be addressed promptly or your going to have problems. It's not fair to the company(LE) in this case or the people affected by the complaint(RK) (US to if you ask me, at this point.) But, it's also not fair to the employee to have to wait to be coached, up to and including termination. Get with it PEOPLE! This is about a little girl that has been murdered and it is on national news EVERY night, Not winning any PR wars right now. Get your investigation done and release what you can...Said with the great respect for LE.

ETA: Glad LE is taking care of the Cop. After watching that video it makes me sad for GA and CA and Angry at ALL of THEM!

Never have I seen so many wrongs in one place. Will someone, anyone please stand up for right and do the RIGHT thing. IDK what Lees involvement is but I do believe he is in this.
What kind of person would get caught up in a something where a child is killed and not call the d@mn police? any child, let alone your niece....I hope he rotts just like his child murdering sister. And for the love of pete, bury that poor baby!!

Here is my rant: When I hear other posters say Cindy is having a nervous breakdown, I just don't see it. Maybe I don't understand what a nervous breakdown really is (not functioning, I would presume) but Cindy is far too full of spit and vinegar to be having any kind of "break down." Which isn't to say she isn't delusional but I do not believe she is in denial either. She *knows* Casey did it, all in MHO. I feel better now!

While reading post on the newly released jail videos I was surprised by the callous words from posters discussing the plane crash reported on the news this afternoon. A vulture like vibe seemed to be happening while waiting for the video to post. I wonder what an internet media psychologist might say about our response to this case.

It does start to get annoying after awhile hearing KC put a CH into S-words. Schtronger, understchand, misconstchrue--that an annoying trait.

My heart just bleeds for the mother at this point. She's getting back a lot of the bad habits she's taught this girl. Parents get back what they put in, a lot of the time. You could tell KC has been trying to punish and control the mother--I believe anger and strong emotions are always an attempt to control someone. They clearly have a very screwed up relationship, and KC will inevitably withdraw, as that is really the only control she has.

I need to rant about the fact that poor Caylee still has not been laid to rest??? What are we waiting for A's??? I just can't believe it....I think we will all feel better once Caylee is laid to rest and her killer is put away for life....

All I have to say is I hate KC
