Sorry, still massively behind, so this may not exactly be relevant to anything. I think I read that the defense is saying Travis actually entered the search term "child *advertiser censored*" on his computer? Wouldn't that obviously be the sort of thing some idiot would type on someone else's computer to try to make them look guilty? Surely the scumbags out there who actually do look for child *advertiser censored* on their computers are a little more subtle about it. It's not like running a Google search for gluten-free stuffing. (Wild rice w/hazelnuts, by the way.) If there's *advertiser censored* on Travis' computer, who cares. If there's anything having to do with child *advertiser censored*, Jodi put it there or it's from a virus that Jodi probably put there. In the extremely unlikely event that Jodi had nothing to do with it, there's no way to prove anything on Travis' computer was put there by Travis. So is this just some kind of stalemate, with the defense saying "you can't prove that she did and he didn't" and the prosecution saying "you can't prove he did and she didn't?"

What has been proven is that Jodi murdered Travis 3x over and has been all sorts of awful before and after. It was premeditated. There were no mitigating factors at the time of the murder and there certainly aren't any now. And yet, here we are.

Well, isn't that dignified. And oddly enough, when I think of someone involved with this trial who brings up intimate details too often, I don't think of Det. Flores and I don't think of Jodi's pubic hair.

So does this mean that BN never has to turn over to the prosecution the actual HD that he supposedly used to make the lists of *advertiser censored* he found on TA's computer that he presented in court? No matter which way this decision goes, that doesn't seem right. That whole debacle was based on those lists.

As I understand it, BN was away due to a loss in his family, but if he had been available I suspect JM had a lot more questions for him about his work. I noticed BethK in her video seemed to miss a lot of the computer technical stuff JM was getting in via Perry. She missed completely the fact that BN was trying to supply them with "proof" from working copies with active files. That would be basically "just trust me"! If she missed it, I'm a bit concerned that JSS might miss it too.

Surely JM will argue having "*advertiser censored* images" on a computer are not the same as link descriptions in a log file, before they try to bring this in to the jury?

- why is MDLR being paid to act in the capacity of her art admin, PR twitterwr, media leaker. I have NO doubt she's billing/scamming the state for the hours "worked" doing this side stuff in the capacity of a mitigation specialist. She needs to be removed, if she wants to play these games she can do that on her own dime

Deanna went to Travis house to check on his dog. She caught Jodi the human virus invading Travis's computer. How many times has this virus invaded his computer without his knowledge? Many Im sure. DEANNA IS A WITNESS.

That was in October 2007. Jodi also took left over honey chicken to Travis. She said it would get soggy so she had to rush it right over. Just another stupid "reason" to go to Travis's.

In the I walked in and Travis was busy with the paper that falls in he chaotic way that paper does, it was a porcelain angel.

The stealth trip to Mesa where Jodi brought her second external drive, or in the same interview with Det. Flores she said three cd's of photos. In the external drive story she said Travis was looking a the photos and in the second the cd's wouln't load. That was the final time she access to Travis's computer.

I'm so glad you posted this. I've had to walk away for awhile to try to absorb this. BK's commentary made me very nervous and I was praying she just didn't understand.

In my mind I'm thinking BN has used his working copy to manipulate the data and even tried to erase the incinerator to hide the fact that he used it. How much more hinky could you get? But maybe that is just my mind trying to make this go away?

I guess my question is, would BN be able to come to court and show, now, where this data is on the original copy? If he used his working copy to dig through the minutia and didn't add or delete anything I would think he should be able to prove it's on the original.

And when the state witness said there was *advertiser censored* on the computer, was he referring the things the virus put on there or things that were actually sought out?

Obviously, I just don't get it!

IIRC she billed the state ten thousand dollars in September, and she's not through yet. How can she separate her "job" with the state from the time that she let (lets) Jodi makes a/business personal three way phone calls, the smuggling, and who knows what else.

I'd put her on the stand and make her give an account for her time with her job in a mitigation specialist, and if she's billing out as all her time doing Jodi's business is court related.
The taxpayers of Az. deserve that.

If she is doing it on her own dime, then she has lost her arm's length professional obligation, and that's never a good career enhancer. If she's billing Arizona, then she must be cooking the books. Challenged, I can see her using the lame excuse that Arias' so-called artistic talent is a mitigating factor, but she has already been caught with the pin wheel drawing that ended up for sale. The tweeting and media leaking has no bearing on mitigation. I can only assume she has nothing to work on mitigation wise. She is already suspected of retaining Bond the PI, and now we learn she tracked down the previous defence investigator. Neither of those qualify as mitigation IMO.

And that leads to question 4: How are the originals leaving the jail; who is placing the images on line; who is collecting the funds, and who is delivering the originals to the buyers?

Jodi Arias doesn't want her new jury to know what she thinks of her lawyer, or about a former cellmate who claims Arias wants prosecutor Juan Martinez killed.

Two motions filed in Maricopa County Superior Court today ask Judge Sherry Stephens to stop the information from coming out in the upcoming sentencing-phase trial.

If the new jury hears about an October 22 handwritten motion Arias made for a change of counsel, both of her lawyers will have to withdraw from the case, one of the new motions states.
