Ann Campbell? She fled the court room when Juan brought out the magazines that Jodi was trying to sneak out...so it's not far fetched to think there are some that will do almost anything for Jodi.

What if the mystery person is someone that is too ill to travel, or unable to get to the courthouse due to health issues AND they had highly salacious or confidential information to share that would damage someone other that JA? This is a huge stretch of why JSS ruled this way - but thought I would throw it out there.

The two options I'm entertaining: It's someone testifying about something really bad about Travis which would just shatter everything (If true, If they're not destroyed on the stands by JM) OR it's JSS not wanting JA to say she somehow couldn't get people to testify on her behalf because the judge put the public rights before hers.

I hope it's not a child. I don't want children involved in a murder trial. I want them to remain innocent as long as possible. And the child TA allegedly ran after, if he or she exists, they couldn't find another grown up who supposedly saw TA chase some naked kid (in public - for all to see)?

Yeah, but you don't have to "get" people to testify for you--you can force them to testify for you. That's why I've been focusing on someone truly beyond the court's jurisdiction and not easy to order to appear even by phone (i.e., someone out of the country).

I respect and appreciate everything you've contributed to WS about this case for so long, KCL. But this twitter rumor hunt is where we part ways for a bit.

Everything being posted here on that subject is speculation based on assumptions based on posts and tweets elsewhere written by nutjobs. That's too many degrees of separation from reality for me. I'm suprised actually to return here and not find half of the posts deleted by moderators.

The rabbit hole is deepening. I'm hopping away to safety.

Hope speculation and assumptions is the crux of this trial or any other for that matter, as we are not privy to side bars, sealed motions, etc, hence we are not the finders or triers of fact, so all we can do is form or arrive on some logical conclusion as to what we believe is true with the information therein as laymen.

It is entirely possible the tweeters could be nutjobs, but you cannot say that with absolute certainty or ascribe this to all tweeters, we just don’t know and are left with creating and playing out our own scenarios. And unless it is malicious or slanderous in nature, I don’t see a problem with it, maybe I am missing something. MOO
