Pg. 29, line 21: "Court acknowledges and believes this is a manipulative tactic".
CMJA flip flops like a fish landed on the deck of a boat. First it's nervousness, then death threats by mail (to both her AND the Alexanders), a friend of TA's who she claims wants to shoot her between the eyes, her "truthfulness" will be impaired, she's mentally ill, the tweets, the media, someone who claims he's her attorney who shows up at the jail and at least once in court, intimidation, people privy to her testimony (OMG) blah, blah, blah.
CMJA DID want her family in the court room.
JS KNEW the order would be appealed, as did Martinez.
The DT IS surfing twitter during court.
De La Rosa IS communicating with the Arizona Repugnant, er, Republic, ie, Keifer. Both referenced by JM and DT. Through the conversation in the transcript, the apparent bias by the DT for ANY media, other than Keifer and the Az Repugnant, is glaringly obvious.
According to the transcript, CMJA will NOT testify in open court: whether she changes her mind to finish her testimony or even does an allocution will depend on how much she wants the spotlight.
All comes down to the "killer's" FEELINGS.
CMJA seriously wants the court to believe she is getting mail that threatens her life if she testifies to one scenario or another...REALLY? In that ultra secured little box she lives in with guards, cameras, etc., etc., she's concerned that if she doesn't say what these letters tell her to say or not say on the stand (let's get REAL, they're 3 x 5 CARDS) she puts her life in peril.
