I need to add that it is my opinion we are gonna find out the drug aspect plays a roll in the death of TS. You know what? Not just death, but blunt force trauma, overkill, murder of TS. Makes my stomach churn and hurts my heart.

G-B her.

I keep thinking about how SMS said on our news that there was "tragic circumstances" that lead up to TS's death. IMO - When I think of the word "tragic" or "tragedy" I think of death. (I believe another poster also mentioned this). The words "lead up to" made me think he wasn't referring to TS (although her death is a true tragedy)

SMS also said "Dr. TS did nothing wrong" (that comment made me think that there were other people doing "wrong" things)

With all that being said, I started thinking too about the prescription drug aspect, etc. I watched a Drugs, Inc. show about heroin and how dealers are now mixing heroin with fentanyl (liquid morphine that is prescribed in a 3 day time release patch form - it is 100 times stronger then morphine in tablet form). The dealer said that he mixes more fentanyl with the heroin to purposely cause someone to overdose because his sales will skyrocket because everyone will want to buy his stuff. (they wrap it in paper and put a stamp on it - each dealer has their own stamp) The dealer also went on to say that some that overdose do die, and that's just the way it goes.

I was horrified and in shock after watching this. We are from Michigan, and heroin deaths there are rampant. Our child graduated from high school 7 years ago, and at least 10 classmates have died from heroin use and the news has reported it is mixed with fentanyl.

With MO being the only state that doesn't have a prescription tracking system (as another poster posted) and with CWW's manufacturing meth experience, I think this is plausible.

I sincerely hope I am wrong here.

Thanks for letting me express my opinion.

That statement always bothered me- among other things.

I think Helper said it perfectly- all of you did.

I also would love to know where the idea of Mark as the financial guy- the numbers man came from. It seems to me he was neither.

They were married in what- 2003? He has them moving from St Petes and purchasing all these lots by around 2005? Right at the height of the market his financial instincts have him building the biggest house on the block in an upper middle class but modest neighborhood?

What was his plan for the other lot(s)? They were almost foreclosed on in what year (does anyone remember) and by 2013 they had a $32,000 lien on their home? Where does this fairytale come from, I wonder.

When was he working at the casino and how long did he actually work as a nurse? What kind of nurse? Where was he living when he met Teresa? How long has he owned that condo in MO?

Thanks- I find the notion of him as some numbers genius absolutely bizarre and seemingly totally unfounded.

I think Mark knows His best buddy Wayne will not turn on him. I think that's the only reason he got up the nerve to have his wife murdered and why he chose Wayne.

JRR is a wildcard though... or maybe not. I wonder why JRR owed CWW a favor and if that favor was important enough to keep his mouth shut forever.

I wonder what Mark knows about Wayne that he would be so smug in his certainty that Wayne will keep his mouth shut?

How did Mark and Teresa Sievers meet? | WINK NEWS
http://www.winknews.com/2015/12/02/how-did-mark-and-teresa-sievers-meet/

After college, (Mark) Sievers became a licensed practical nurse in 1995.
Sievers then moved to St Petersburg, where he continued working as a nurse.
...
Sievers’ sister, Stacy, introduced Teresa to Mark. The couple married seven months after her divorce.
The Sievers moved to Bonita Springs in 2005, built a house, had two children and opened a holistic medical practice together.

for TOS reasons, i can't link to where i read information about where Stacy Sievers lived, but if you goggle Stacy Sievers, you will see where she lived, and i am guessing that is where MS and TS met

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

to put what type of nurse he was in perspective:
i have a BSN (Bachelor's of Science in Nursing)
i am also an RN (Registered Nurse)
however, you can also be an RN with an Associate's Degree, which is a 2 year program
my understanding from being in the field so to speak, is that an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program is about 1 year
and to become a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) is usually doable in a matter of weeks to a month depending on what state you live in

it doesn't make sense to me that "after college" he became an LPN because if you have a college degree you can fast-track getting a BSN, and even if it's an Associate's Degree, you can still fast-track to having a BSN (which would allow you to sit for the NCLEX - National Council Licensure Examination, a standardized exam that each state board of nursing uses) and becoming a RN.
i hope that makes sense

that may be too much info - lol@me, i know...

Thank you dmac55.

Do you happen to know when Mark bought that condo?

It could simply be honor amongst thieves, or in this case murderers. Mouths were kept shut in the Ronnie Bolin case for years. In the TS casw, there's already plenty of evidence to convict CWW and JR but obviously, there hasn't been enough to haul in MS or they would have already done so.

I'm thinking it could take some sort of a plea bargain on the part of JR in the hope that enough is there to link him to MS. My fear is it could be a situation where MS made arrangements with CWW saying something like, 'Get it done. I don't care how or with who, nor do I want to know' and that CWW hired JR on his own without the knowledge of MS. It could be AW knows something but not everything since CWW may have kept a lot from her, thus the 'I don't know or I don't remembers' in her interviews. I just can't see CWW blabbing everything to her like JR did with TSh.

My first hope is that they find some hard evidence against MS and put him away for good. If not, I'm hoping that JR plea bargains against CWW and CWW in turn plea bargains against MS. It may be a stretch but you never know.

I think JR is the most likely to get a deal out of the trio. He's a blabber mouth with no loyalty, not a 'brother' to MS or CWW. We already know he thinks nothing of doing time for second degree murder, so maybe he will get his wish in exchange for spilling the beans and sinking the ship. JR has anxiety issues, is clearly the weakest link. Tsho turned on him, no real "support" from the outside. Who is going to hire private defense counsel for JR? Won't happen. He will be more desperate and panicked than CWW. JR will feel the (FL) heat after Feb 18, lose the tough guy facade and start talking. MOO.:moo:

New reports ..Feb 18th did not happen. Post up thread that it will happen tomorrow.
