So over all-things-Casey --- Anyone else?

Today is it for me. I am declaring myself over this. I am leaving for vacation without my laptop and I have comfort in knowing that unlike SOMEONE we know, I can go anywhere in the world with my head held high knowing that I have never harmed anyone and never will.

I don't have to walk around in fear for my life or hide, I am educated, intelligent and have a REAL job and a REAL life.

See you all around another thread about someone else when I return.

You all are the best!

I'd love to read a book by Jesse Grund. He has insight on who KC was before, during, and immediately after Caylee's murder. He mentioned in one interview that he broke off the engagement with her, but they remained friends. Does anyone know why he broke it off?

I heard him say in an interview that she began to crave the party lifestyle. Up until then, she seemed to be the real deal, playing the role of a Christian single mom. (JG's family are Christians, and FCA even participated in their family devotions [prayer and Scripture reading]). JG barely escaped by the skin of his teeth, imo. He was falsely accused of being Caylee's father. He did the math and knew it was a lie.

OK, I'll be the one to fess up. I'm not over it - yet. I'm not quite as devastated by the verdict as I was so I guess I'm coming around to accepting it - which is good since I can't change it. I'll concentrate on the things I can do to help to promote change like 'Caylee's Law' and laws governing jury selection and juror's 'rights'.

I'll be forever galled and infuriated by how the entire Anthony family has manipulated the brutal murder of this beautiful child into a well oiled money making machine and how they continue to profit off her blood through the actions of their own evil spawn.

I'm glad the 24/7 coverage is beginning to wane since I don't seem to have much self control in watching. I'm trying to turn my interests to more important, world changing matters such as 'Big Brother' or the like. :D

I'm getting there...

I am moving on slowly. When I think about hearing the actual verdict the awful feelings come rushing back. To think she is walking free still kills me...but with that said I do not watch HLN, NG, IS..etc when it comes to the Anthony case. I no longer want to hear anything about FCA, the Anthonys, JB or his defense team....will never spend a cent on anything they will profit from...
After watching JA's interview with KB he helped me alot when he said the best we can do to hurt FCA is to totally ignore her........loved how he said he wished there would have been no camera's or followers at the jail when she was released....that would have really upset both FCA and JB...no limelight!

Now if she ever gets in trouble again I will be there to hope she falls on the sword this time......

Excellent post. I'm not watching either, I hope the media hounds her so she has no peace, but then again I don't want to see her evil face until the next booking photo. Taking a deep breath and letting Karma take her course.

I think her attorneys, family and her want to fuel it. They want to keep it out there so they can sell books, movies etc make $$$

To mee, there is just nothing left to write about, it was overkill on this story. Its over, shes free and theres nothing we can do. Caylee is gone forever and the people who make money off her death make me sick.

I really wonder who just who set that "Casey sighting" up at the orlando airport?
Its to keep it out in the news. Well, Im not buying their BS anymore and I hope others dont.
They had their night of jumping up and down with joy, drinking etc over their "win" let them deal with the aftermath. Mrs whatshername is having to report death threats, etc.Well, when you decide to associate with a mess like this girl, it goes with the territory. It will be nothing but lawsuits and trouble. Is she worth it? She brought it all on herself. NO ONE goes 31 days without calling the police when their 2 yr old is missing but yet, they say shes not guilty. I think the worlds gone nuts!

The Orlando Airport sighting is what broke the camel's back for me. I don't care where Casey Anthony is. I don't care if she has dyed her hair green, blue,or purple.

I went to the book store yesterday and browsed the magazine rack and notice that kc was not on the front page of any of them.. so that is a good sign!!

Also I was watching that entertainment show with Mario Lopez and he was trying to create some hype about "Where is KC".. he had a group of women and was asking them where they thought KC was and would they buy her book... and they said no.. they don't care where she was and they would not buy her book.. they are mothers and don't understand her. and the 31 days... so that was a great sign

I've notice HLN still dragging their feet.. but slowly giving her up. In sessions has pretty much moved on...

I want this murderess out of my mind and my life...looks like it is slowly happening. She will reoffend.. and that is worrysome though. Let poor little Caylee's soul rest in peace.. finally...

Lets End the Anthony circus!!!!

I think her attorneys set up the airport thing just to keep her in the news. They know that most folks are losing interest adn they still want a big payday off her. If the people just hold steady and IGNORE her and the circus that surrounds her, they will go away. We will not have to hear or see her until her next arrest hopefully or her attorneys either unless they get a sanction from the bar.

I keep remembering a saying from some place "move along people, nothing here to see". That is the way I feel, she is not worth seeing/hearing about.

I don't remember who here on ws said it but I am over this case. Have mixed feelings at this point on the verdict. Some popular. And some unpopular. Still trying to wrap my head around it ya know? But someone had mentioned on WS that perhaps all the media hype is to keep her on the go. On the run and in hiding. She is out of jail. But now in a self made prison of her own. For life. Society put her there. And in a way it is the just punishment for a verdict most of the country does not agree with. Because the question remains is "what happened to Caylee?". FICA wanted "bella vita". What she didn't get was the exact way in her mind it all played out. Her value to media will soon dwindle and she'll be lucky if she can get on the front cover of The Globe *or any other trash magazine*. She is at this point not an asset to the legal team. But in fact? A big liability. She's been cast into exhile for life. Bella Vita didn't quite pan out like she wanted because she can't show her face, talk about herself, or lead any type of normal life despite the verdict. Free doesn't always mean "free". Like my daddy used to say?

Nothing in this life is free. Nothing. There is ALWAYS a price.

Personally don't care where she is. God knows and that's all that matters to me.

I'm over the hype and the misinformation HLN and other media keep spouting. I'm not sure I'll be over this case until I see Justice for Caylee.

Anyone in Casey Anthony's path is a potential victim. She killed her own baby without skipping a beat, out on a happy date hours later. That alone makes her all the more dangerous, in my mind. Killing certainly didn't seem to bother her.She may even have liked it. She'll do it again. It may be a pet or a husband or a friend who catches on to her stealing, but she'll do it again.

If you think about it, FICA’s “Bella vita” world was very, very small. It consisted of GA, CA, LA, Caylee, a few friends and a boyfriend du jour. She wasn’t well educated. She wasn’t well traveled. She has little knowledge IMHO of how the world works as evidenced by her preposterous lies to LEO...i.e., not even realizing that it would be very easy for LEO to get copies of her phone records to disprove her lies. She doesn’t understand how to pay taxes, purchase a home, live on a budget.

Her million dollar deal may take care of her for awhile. She will have to have handlers. She needs bodyguards. All of which don’t come cheap. Rock star type life, you know? So exactly how far will a million bucks go? Not far if you ask me. After taxes, plus the tax lien she already owes on the $200,00 blood money she got, less judgments from pending lawsuits, she actually will have very little left. So she will need much more than one $1M deal. And I don’t see that happening.

I can liken her to Lizzie Borden:

[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lizzie_Borden"]Lizzie Borden - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia@@AMEPARAM@@/wiki/File:Lizzie_borden.jpg" class="image"><img alt="" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b5/Lizzie_borden.jpg/220px-Lizzie_borden.jpg"@@AMEPARAM@@commons/thumb/b/b5/Lizzie_borden.jpg/220px-Lizzie_borden.jpg[/ame]

After the trial, Lizzie and Emma Borden moved to a new house that Lizzie christened Maplecroft, located on French Street, then a fashionable neighborhood in Fall River. The large home included indoor plumbing and private bathrooms. The sisters settled all claims against them from Abby's side of the family, giving Abby Borden's family members everything they wanted in order to avoid further lawsuits. Because it was proven that Abby died before Andrew, all of her estate legally went to Andrew, with Andrew's estate going to his daughters. The settlement reached between the Borden sisters and Abby's two sisters was substantial.
In June 1905, after twelve years, Lizzie and Emma Borden became estranged over differences in their lifestyles. Shortly after arguing over a party Lizzie had given for Nance O'Neil and her theater friends, Emma moved out of the house to live with her close friend Alice Lydia Buck. After the separation from her sister, Borden began using the name "Lizbeth A. Borden", rather than "Lizzie"
Death
Following the surgical removal of her gallbladder, Lizzie was ill the last year of her life. Her private staff were the sole witnesses to her decline. Borden died of pneumonia on June 1, 1927 in Fall River, Massachusetts. Borden's funeral details were not made public and few people attended her burial.

So, all in all, FICA will blow through her money, end up with her family once again, and in the end die an unremarkable death.

That’s how I get through the day thinking about Casey Anthony.

Amen, the airport deal was disgusting and in my opinion designed to keep the public interested. Well I would boycott anything FICA.....movies, books or TV shows. I don't care where she is and they (DT and FICA) need to get over themselves. MOO

I feel the exact same way, Miss James. People who don't think she's dangerous are wrong. She is now free for the first time in years. Lord only knows what she's capable of, after killing her daughter, enjoying her litany of lies, commiting check fraud, and using her father as a scapegoat in a serious crime. I've always said that I think she was planning to knock off her parents, that's why she told Amy the house would be free for them to live in soon, but she changed her mind and got rid of the little one instead.

And quite honestly MOO? With the way the media is continuing to hype all of this up? With sightings here. Sightings there. Everyone is a "look alike" but no one person can confirm if it's her or not? It's feeding her from where ever she is. And she has plenty of time to think. Plenty of time to analyze. She got away with it once. Now she's "smarter" as a result of this trial. The whole case was bizarre. And will continue to be just as bizarre. The climax of it all is yet to come. And the world is FICA's stage. I would bet my paycheck on that, too.

BBM
She is not walking free. She is a haunted woman who will never live to see her full potential just like her little daughter.
Moo!
She will hate life going forward. Her life will stink like a dead skunk in the middle of the road. She will rue the day she was acquitted and her attorneys will as well. Nobody will buy her story.

My fessing up is tuning in to see when she gets arrested again and/or turns on those despicable people who helped her walk. Next I'll be there cheering on those who win their lawsuits. Her 15 mins. of fame seems to have turned into a mere 5. :loser:

Thanks, TO!

First, that's interesting re Lizzie.

Second, and the part I bolded - ummm, I'm okay with that for FCA! :rocker:

I hope no one physically harms her, but I do hope for years of struggles for her, the exact opposite of living the good life. I know that is childish of me, and I guess I should feel bad for that. But right now, I don't.

No you're right on target (No pun intended lol). Only detail I see differently is she didn't change her mind, the A's were next. And if she didn't kill them, possibly she had planned to make it look like they were the culpable ones and she would have rid her self of them with a couple of long prison sentences for them.

I agree with you and it will come eventually. She manipulated everyone with those fake tears, that girl doesn't have a concience (SP?). She is as cold blooded as any other heinous murderer. Note electric hair lady, DS, she couldn't even give Joy Behar a straight answer when asked, "Would you let KC babysit your kids, grand kids?" Ought to tell those *** jurors something.
And hopefully the juror who is a nursing student, I would definitely ask for another nurse if she showed up in my room. :banghead:
