Jason Autry arrested on gun, drug charges - WBBJ TV
Benton County Sheriff Kenny Christopher has confirmed Jason Autry is back in custody following his arrest on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, evading arrest, possession of methamphetamine, and public intoxication.
Autry seems to know nothing but being bad. Self destructive. Not surprised at all but feel for his children and loved ones hurting. Such a sad case with Holly's demise. She didn't deserve any of this ever. Not one iota. Drugs are bad and ugly. Many lives were messed up due to these messed up ______ fill in the blanks.
Some of the stills I grabbed from wbbj video. Autry looks beat up.
Man charged in Holly Bobo case back in custody on multiple charges - WBBJ TV
"and said he tried to run, but was captured.
Maybe he got a little "roughed up" when he was being "captured." I'm sure LE wouldn't mind being a little rough with him, considering what he helped do to Holly and got very little time for it in exchange for testifying. Karma, and all that. Just sayin'
I'd beat his face bloody, if given a chance.
Former Holly Bobo murder trial defendant arrested on drug, gun charges
Dec. 8, 2020
He was arrested in Benton County and charged with public intoxication, possession of methamphetamine, evading arrest and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The first three charges will probably be misdemeanors, but the firearm charge will probably carry the most severe penalties with it.
“That would be a federal charge, and I can say there are three levels of it with the most serious case being a felon with charges involving violence,” said District Attorney Matt Stowe, who is prosecuting Autry. “His guilty pleas for facilitation to kidnapping and solicitation of murder would classify Autry as a violent offender.”
A conviction on the firearms charge could result in a 15-year sentence before he goes on trial for state charges as well.
It looks like Autry will be in federal prison where he will be having an easier time than outside of prison.
At least people around that Benton County area will be a little better off.

As deputies approached him for the second time, Autry reportedly started running before collapsing the the ground.
When questioned about the rifle he told officers he'd been out deer hunting, documents say.
The deputy saw Autry lying in a field and searched him for weapons, finding none, according to an affidavit filed in federal court by Ashley Robertson, a task force officer with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
As a convicted felon Autry, who has been convicted of 10 felonies in state and federal court, was not allowed to have the weapon in his possession, authorities said
Deputy Stacey Bostwick let Autry go after finding no pending arrest warrants. Bostwick then searched the area and found a rifle, the affidavit said.
The deputy returned to his car and followed Autry, finding him walking down a driveway of a home in Holladay, the affidavit said. Autry ran toward the home, but stopped when ordered by Bostwick, who asked him about the rifle.
'Autry said he had been attempting to shoot a deer with the gun and that he had lied down in the field when he observed Deputy Bostwick's patrol car,' the affidavit said.
Autry also had a small cellophane wrapper with 'a clear crystal rock type substance' that Autry said was meth, state arrest warrants said.
Autry faces at least 15 years in prison if convicted of the federal weapons charge.
If anyone wants to follow this case - I won't be....
