Tammi Smith - the Sentencing Phase

Next hearing about the terms of probation re: profiting from this - Feb 1
 
Well that was short and to the point. No jail time, don't write a book or do anything that would be perceived as profiting from this tragedy or risk going back to jail...return on 1 Feb for hearing about the terms of probation. That's it.
 
WELL , she has toned down the make up and all.
I like the way the judge advised her STRONGLY
not to do anything with public speaking in anway concerning this case..
media ect...
I guess they do not have the stipulations worked out yet.

I know she cannot wait for everything to be over and mabe still make money off of this case.
I am still waiting for the Lifetime Movie!

Except, if the judge stipulates that she cannot make money off this case, that means she cannot make money off this case FOREVER - not just during her probation....
