Nigel has taken responsibility for the insurance claim.... taking the pressure of Gerald. In terms of Alison's allegedly depressed state of mind in 2012, he offered little evidence, apart from an observation that she preferred dark colours in dress....from all his responses I get the distinct impression that he did not think much of his 'daughter-in-law'.
